I purchased a $99 gutter cleaning special deal. The company contacted me within 24 hours of my purchase of the deal to set an appointment. They explained on the phone that the deal was for a certain length of guttering, and extra footage would be charged by the foot. They would measure the gutters before starting work and let me know if additional cost would be incurred. I knew I didn't have even the minimum length of gutters, so I approved the work over the phone. They came to my house and cleaned out 8 years of crud from all gutters. The gutters all drain water freely now. I am completely satisfied with the work that SparkleWash of Two Rivers performed.

very quick to respond. Schedule appointment. Called before they came and arrived on time. Their work was excellent and they cleaned up after they were finished. Went above and beyond spray washed an item in the yard to make it beautiful again.

,Measured deck, explained the product to be applied. Since it wasn't a stain, to protect the surface, it would be better to pay extra to have the stain applied. Price was more than I wanted to pay. In reading the explanation of what was to be done for the $199 it sounded as though the protective coating would be enough to restore the deck without staining. Didn't have service done.

The service went well. One technician came out and completed the job in about 2 and a half to 3 hours. He was courteous and did a fine job. He was efficient and I had no problem scheduling the service.

It was a fabulous deal. They did a great job. They took 3 hours on an intensely hot day and worked very hard. UPDATE Nov 15: When Angie?s List called and asked me to give a review of Sparkle Wash, I couldn't remember the names of the 2 technicians who had done the actual work. Today I was filing papers and came across the receipt where I had noted their names so I could compliment them specifically. They were so very industrious, and they were polite despite the fact they were sweating buckets! Kudos to Ryan and Colin!

Poorly. I purchased the big deal with the understanding that I was purchasing a deck restoration. The description lead me to believe that they were going to restore our deck. After evaluating their service all they did was power wash our deck. I called back the company and discussed my concern. They told me that their employees were not carpenters and did not carry a hammer or nails for any loose boards. The owner later gave me a call and said they would send someone out to hammer any lose boards to accommodate me but, even after that I felt little satisfaction. My deck does not look restored by any means. I just feel that this is a case of misguiding the consumer.

My experience was exactly how doing business with A rated Angie's List customers should go. From first contact they did exactly what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. One thing to note for future customers is the cost of the job by linear sq ft of the exterior and not by interior sq ft of your home. This was clarified to me over the phone up-front so they setup a time to come out and give me an exact bid for my 2 story home. We agreed on the price, which they put in writing and sent to me by email that evening, and they came the next day to do the work. when we arrived home the work was completed and was exactly what we were expecting.

They came, setup, and sprayed the siding. The process they used was very basic. All the dirt was not removed. But they did the best they could with the process they used.

Wonderful job by all. Probably due to the previous product on our deck the stain didn't take as it should have in several places. They came out and re stained the entire surface with extra attention to those difficult areas. The original crew was professional, punctual and professional. Later, when we were having a few issues, Jackie (co-owner)/office manager) came out herself and painstakingly redid the entire deck. The usual crews were busy elsewhere. Good company, would recommend their work and their work ethic. The stand by their work and products.

It was great and I would definitely use them again. The deal was a really good value. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves as well. They sent 2 people out to do the job and they got the job done in about 30 minutes.

Everyone should get their house power washed! We purchased our house in April and with the light limestone exterior decided to have it power washed by professionals. We also had a short retaining wall, driveway and walkways power washed. WOW - what a difference it makes. Our driveway looks completely different, our house is a beautiful light cream color now with no discoloration. I am so impressed that it made such a difference! SparkleWash was professional, communicative and fast. I was shocked at how inexpensive it was and what an impact it had. Our driveway went from a dark grey to a light cream - looks brand new. I will definitely be investing in power washing frequently and using Sparkle Wash. They were fantastic!

There were no troubles with scheduling and there were no additional costs. They completed the work in about three hours. We are very satisfied with the work that they did.

Unfortunately they were not able to do the work because they can not remove the paint on my deck.? However, the service was good, they communicated well.

It went really well! ?I actually had to pay a bit more to get all the area cleaned. ?They cleaned up really well, though. ?Scheduling was a little challenging, it took a little longer than I liked -- about a 2 week delay. ?They were very courteous and arrived on time.

Sparklewash were excellent in their customer service, flexibility and res ponsiveness. In spite of many reschedules on our part and a mess-up about the address where service was to be performed, Sparklewash were outstanding in their focus to get the job done and done excellently. We liked the people who came out to do the work - they knew their jobs, they were friendly and did great work! We would definitely recommend Sparklewash for powerwashing needs.

This was an Angie's special deal, and Todd responded promptly to my request. His technician arrived exactly when he said he would, performed all the work efficiently and cheerfully, and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. I can't actually testify to the reasonableness of the cost because this was a special, but I would definitely call on them again in the future.

It was absolutely excellent.? They were very clean.? They tidied up afterwards.? They were courteous.? They were really nice people.? It?s the best money I?ve ever spent.

After some complications with the first scheduled appt. (they had the wrong address), my appt. was re-scheduled for 2 weeks later. I was a little hesitant at first as it was going to cost me more than I had anticipated (I was calculating wrong) but Todd gave me a break on the price and they started the work. They spent over 4 hours meticulously cleaning my fence and I was amazed at the difference it made. I am so glad I had it done. It was worth every penny.

SparkleWash of Two Rivers did an OK job cleaning our gutters. After the service was complete, my spouse and I did notice few areas left uncleaned, we were able to get in contact with ?the company, and they were able to come back out and clean up the areas.

Howard, Chris and Nathan were very friendly, accommodating and professional. Always smiling and listened to me and my concerns. They rang my doorbell and asked if it was all right if they climb over my neighbors' gate, I told them it is best not to. My neighbors has several large pots of plants and trellis with lights against my wall. I am hoping once they respond to my messages, I can reschedule for the crew to come back and finish the job for a minimal charge to return. I was so surprised how much they removed from my gutters and kept my patio and chairs free of debris. They sprayed the walls as well. I also asked them to spray wash away the debris that fell on my plants/trees. I intend to ask them to come back in the fall and again in the spring. I will share my positive experience with family, friends and neighbors. Very satisfied customer.

Arrived on time as scheduled and performed job. Charged only $25 more for additional gutters (paid $99 for deal). Also did sample of pressure wash on deck and gave me a free estimate for cleaning and/or staining deck. Everything looks great.
