They were wonderful.From the time we received the estimate through the work they did what they were contracted to do. They arrived on time, performed the work on the contract . The house looks great. And we can finally enjoy our deck which was heavily damaged by the recent hail storm. They did a great job and wee very pleasant to work with. We will definite used them again.

Helen Kent4/20/2015I have two suggestions for you and your employees. 1. Never allow them to climb on customer's roofs. I don't have enough liability insurance to cover that type of accident. 2. Please have your employees inform the customer of any additional charges - before your employees perform any additional work that was not previously paid for. The employees have been briefed to notify the customer ahead of time if there are any additional fees due that are not covered by the voucher. I apologize in advance if this did not happen. Additionally, they notified me that you had gutter protection in place in which it specifically states on the voucher "Offer not valid for gutters with a gutter protection system in place". The service technicians tried their best to work around the protection system as much as possible however,they have been briefed to notify the customers that work cannot be performed if they encounter this in the future. I was not told about the upcharge before the work was completed. Your employees left my yard and front entry a mess. I need to talk with the owner. Instead they proceeded and measured the area after climbing on our steep roof, then they told me I owed an additional $116.85, on top of the $179 that I paid for your package. Your employees left a mess all over my patio and front entry way. I had to power wash my entry aand I still need to power wash my side patio because of the mess. Each customer has different linear feet of gutters...some more than others in which you had an additional 16 feet more than he did. Your gutters were cleaned, I apologize for the mess they left and I will gladly send them over to pressure wash and pick up all the debris left on your surfaces this morning. Went great, they came quickly went to work and clean my entire gutter system in a short amount of time.

.They were prompt and pleasant however, they did not clean up the debris that fell on my plants, bushes, and trees. They told me that they do not clean up what had fallen; the oak pollen and leaves that were on the ground before they came. I was not aware of that. If I had known that, I would have gone out there and bagged them myself before they came. For this reason, I will not hire them if I want my garden home patio looking clean.

Two guys showed up on time and were very polite and courteous. The gutters were clean with a power washer and the debris was left sitting in my planters. I would like to have seen them bag the debris that came out of the downspouts instead of leaving all the leaves on the ground. I have a small yard and this create additional work for me to clean up.

The crew of three men arrived on time with professional cleaning and pressure washing equipment. They washed the sidewalks and driveway, which were all badly stained. They did a great job. The driveway had a dip in it which collected muddy water, and they cleaned this up. The job went quickly.

Very professional crew, arrived on time, cleaned all surfaces and spent the necessary time to really power wash the grime, mildew and stains.

We purchased the $99.00 Gutter Cleaning Deal. They responded immediately and were very friendly and professional in all their communications. They were very clear and upfront that their deal was limited to a certain length of gutters and discussed the extra amount that would be charged beyond that. The extra fee was reasonable. They were punctual, worked efficiently, and did a thorough job. We were very pleased!

It was okay. They actually had to come back. There was some stuff that they didn't do and I ended up having to have them come back. But they came back and did it. So it was alright. The price was fine.

The service went very well. They got busy right away and finished in very good time. The gutters were cleared of leaves and debris that had accumulated over a long period of time. They worked quickly and effectively and were very pleasant about what I would consider a truly nasty job.
