We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your recent service. We spoke to you numerous times in the span of 2 months scheduling and re-scheduling your service. Each time, we notified you that the voucher you purchased was only for a specific amount of square footage as well as notified you prior to pressure washing the exterior of your home and how much the additional fee would be. At the time of service, you stated that you wanted your entire home pressure washed. Our office called you the day of service, spoke to you on the phone to notify you of the additional cost at which you had no problem with our service technicians completing your project. It was not until afterward that you notified & decided it was too much.

Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters. They were polite, courteous, showed up on time and were focused on their work. The only thing that detracted from it was that instead of bagging the debris that came out of the downspouts, they left all the leaves on the ground. Other service providers have cleaned up and bagged the debris. Other than that, they did a good job.

Description of Work: They used a power washer to clear out my gutters. I think they got them all cleared; apparently we have a low spot because water still goes over the edge at one point. They did a good job of cleaning up afterward. The whole process took under an hour.
