Punctuality: A little late showing up (2:45 for 1PM). Cost: How big was my deck (only 200 sq ft covered by Angie's List deal)? Well, they didn't have a tape measure! First they said they were going to go to Lowe's to buy one, then instead asked if any of my neighbors were home to borrow one from, then decided they would guestimate it by walking around and measuring how many footsteps, etc. Then they said "It's XYZ sq ft we figure", and then it was up to me to decide if I wanted to accept that estimate. Made me feel uncomfortable to be in that position. The cost/sq ft was quoted before they started ($0.55/sq ft above the 200 sq ft of the Angie's List Deal), I honestly don't know how it compares to others, but going through Angie's List has a "value" as well, of course. Quality of work: Excellent! My deck looks SO much better than it did before! I'm really amazed. Professionalism: Charles was one of two guys who came out, and he was the ultimate professional in demeanor and interactions. Every word and interaction with him seemed to confirm a first impression that he was a sincere and honest guy. He offered to (and did) pressure wash a little of the wood work on the house adjacent to the deck (i.e., more than the deal required). I had some other people out at the time who were hand cleaning something else, and they were having a hard time ... they asked the Sparkle Wash people if they could turn their pressure washer on for them ... Charles and his partner said yes ... EVEN THOUGH they had already packed it up in the truck, they took it out, set it up, and did it for the other guys. Truly above and beyond, IMO. A little weirdness: They had no invoice to give me! Since the deck was larger than the 200 sq ft Angie's list deal, there was an extra cost, but they weren't prepared to invoice me. I told them I didn't want to pay without an invoice in return. They called their office and Sparkle wash will send a receipt by email (or through Angie's List) tomorrow, and I can pay then, but I thought it was a little odd. Would I use them again? I would, if I knew that Charles, or someone as honest and sincere as he seemed to be, was part of the crew. I will be taking bids for staining the deck, and will definitely approach Sparkle Wash for that.

I am very pleased with the work that was performed. All the concrete is sparkling. I would definitely use Sparkle again.

They did a great job. They were punctual, they did the job, and did a little extra like the patio. I chose to use him because I got him on Angie's List, and I needed the house pressure washed. I don't know what they normally charge, but what I paid under Angie's List was fine. The quality of work was excellent.

Randall came and we discussed the work to be done on Feb 8th. When they came back to start work on Feb 10th they realized that the stain in my stone masonry would not come out.

He did a great job & was very polite.

They are wonderful and they carry their own water. They use 168 degree water that is 3000 PSI. It is absolutely gorgeous. They are veterans which is a special place in my heart. I would absolutely use them again. The value of the service is worth the money and no one has ever cleaned it like this. They got the job done in about 2 and a half hours.

Everything went as advertised and we are very well pleased.

Originally thought this was going to be a pressure wash system and it turned out to be a scrubber. I was skeptical at first but afterwards I was pretty impressed at how good my driveway looked.? I will use them again.

They were extremely nice. They did a great job and they even offered to do some more work for me after the job was finished. They were very thorough and followed up extremely well. I would recommend them to anybody.

SparkleWash personnel were punctual, used proper equipment, and did a thorough job. They were courteous and took pride in their work.

They arrived early and did such an excellent job that I hired them to power wash my sidewalks and driveway as well. Several of my neighbors saw this and came over and hired them on the spot to power wash their houses, sidewalks, and driveways as well.

I had them come out shortly after I purchased the deal and there was no additional cost. The job was good so I can't complain but I think they forgot the time or something and the guy was late in getting here. But that was it. I actually called them to see if they remembered and he said he was trying to get another worker sorted out.

Overall, it went well. Scheduling was a little difficult, and they didn't show up the first time I rescheduled. When I called the owner about it (left message, he called back), he was pleasant, apologetic, and we rescheduled (again.) The patio and deck were quite dirty, and when the crew was done, they looked much cleaner. There were a few places, though, that were still a little dirty (from splatter) and I had to give them a rinse.

The SparkleWash service tech showed up as scheduled on 14 Oct. He did not knock at the front door and had started to pressure wash our driveway before we noticed he had arrived. I went out and met the tech and explained that we only had a small section of our front sidewalk that needed pressure washing and that the driveway was OK. Also explained to him that the major area we needed pressure washing was the cement patio at the rear of the house. The service tech pressure washed the small section of the front sidewalk and it looked great when he was done with it. Then the service tech went out back to check the cement patio area. The patio consists of a cement slab at ground level, and two elevated cement patios that extend out from the house's foundation. The service tech said he could not use the rotary pressure washer on the elevated patio areas and was concerned that power spray washing the elevated patios could cause quite a bit of residue to splash up onto the house and windows. So, he took pictures of the patio area and said he would have to get back with the boss (Todd Butler I assume) to discuss how to do the job. The service tech had only been doing commercial jobs and wanted to be careful. I said OK and appreciated his wanting to be careful. So nothing was done to the cement patio areas. The service tech then packed up his gear and left. A few minutes later, I called SparkleWash and spoke with Todd Butler. I explained the situation and the service tech's concerns and made a point of noting that the service tech was courteous and professional. Todd said he would review the photographs taken by the service tech and get back to me later. After not hearing from SparkleWash for several days, I called them on Friday, 1 November. I had to leave a message on their answering machine, which I did, reminding them about the situation. As I'm writing this review, it is now 5 November and have yet to hear back from SparkleWash. I would have given SparkleWash a higher overall evaluation had they been more responsive to this particular situation. UPDATE: As mentioned above, Todd got back to me on 5 November and pressure washing of the cement patio was set for 8 November. Todd himself arrived, as scheduled, on the morning of 8 November. He looked over the multilevel cement patio at the rear of the house and talked about how he would proceed with the pressure washing. He wound up using both the rotary washer and pressure washer. He did a great job! What a difference! Todd was friendly, courteous, and professional. When the time comes, I will definitely call SparkleWash again to have the patio pressure washed. I ordered the service for cleaning under the front porch and the roof under hangs, however after a test run, it was apparent that the proper cleaning could not be accomplished and the service representative was told that I did not want the service.

They did a fine job. They were friendly and on time and were thorough in their cleaning. I would definitely recommend them.

Joshua was very good. He did a nice job and explained it was a little tricky since my driveway has a dip in it. He got it just fine though. He was very pleasant, and had a good attitude. I will use them the next time the driveway gets bad again.

I used Angie's List for the first time - because mainly it is a word of mouth recommendations and that other people or companies have had a great experience with. I was very pleased with all of the recommendations and references. Sparkle Wash of Two Rivers - Todd Butler (Owner) was very responsive and timely when the appointment was made for a review and cost quote. He provided samples of various cleaners and sealers for us to look at and approve. Once selected, we made the appointment for starting the project. He was punctual each day of the project. At the completion of each day, he provided the status of what had been accomplished and if there were any questions. Each day he left the job site clean and cleared of any debris and residuals. Every item that we had asked for on the contracted was accomplished and completed in a professional manner. Todd Bulter is a retired service member, that can be trusted and accomplish any and all task ask of him. I will hire him for any future projects that we have. HIRE A VET - THEY HAVE THE PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE AND WILL GET IT ACCOMPLISHED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!! Thank You - Todd
