Description of Work: Purchased a special offer to power wash my one story all-brick home. Had mildew and dirt to clean off. Spoke with the scheduler about my needs when he called to make appointment. Two men arrived on time and power washed the house. They spot treated the two heavy mildew spots for me. When they were nearly done, a woman from the office called me to check on her team. She told me they were taking too long for my job and implied they were slackers. Her language and calling me to check up on them seemed very unprofessional to me.

Went nowhere.
Description of Work: They were prompt and friendly - at first. Promptly scheduled and came out for a review of what we wanted done (We'd just completed a big, 700SF bi-level deck project - hey, it's Hill Country; great outdoor space is a must!) They sent us an estimate. We questioned the estimate relative to a promotion/discount they were offering and that we felt we should receive. Would have reduced our overall cost by about $50-$100 - not much, really - but we had to ask the question. That was it...never heard back from them. Oh well...going elsewhere. Would have been nice to at least receive a phone call back from them...just sayin'

On initial contact, we were able to provide him service on the dates that he selected when he purchased this deal, however the next few days he decided he didn't want the service anymore and received a refund.
