Description of Work: Had pulled a toilet in a rent house but hadn't reset it when a rodent got inside. Sealed off the rodent's entry but didn't want to clean up the mess that had been made. Was concerned about contamination so they came, cleaned all and took away the toilet. Arrived as said & gave me a "heads up" call so I could meet him at the house. Was very careful removing all across the tile and laminate flooring and cleaned up and disinfected everything in the bath and every place they walked.

 + -1 moreOut of business? Initial contact went well and I was given a ballpark estimate for the work. Had a little trouble scheduling with homeowner but now that she is available the company has not returned any of several phone calls over the course of several weeks. So I assume that they have gone out of business. Too bad.

 + -1 moreExcellent. I would and am using Texas Decon for another outbuilding and to disinfect my attic.
Description of Work: Clean, decontaminate, and remove the odors from a garage and storage building that was infested by rats. They first sprayed disinfectant into each room/building, removed all of the contents, completely cleaned each room, applied an odor control to remove any residual odor, and then replaced the contents.
