Contractor also mentioned to me that I needed to add water to pool to keep pump from burning out and he stated he will fill the pool. I mentioned to him that we do not live at the residence. Contractor never turned water off and pool over flowed for almost 48hrs

Symbri contacted me and quickly gave me an estimate and scheduled a time to have my filter cleaned and the backwash valve replaced. Estephan did an excellent job and other than gushing water from the spa the next morning which I quickly figured out was a turned spa handle, all is working great. Estephan answered all my questions and gave me some great suggestions for future work. I will definitely use the company again. Thank you!

I am finally enjoying my pool. The service that Symbri provided on the first trip was beyond excellent. We were using another service that was less than mediocre and they would not complete the vacuuming of the pool, left the trash pulled out of the pool on the edge for it to end up back in the pool. The algae problem was never taken care of completely and they charged enormous prices for the service they were clearly not performing. I called Symbri and explained all my concerns. Tim was very easy to speak with and listened to every concern. The rep sent pictures after completing the service and it was sparkling clean, this has not happened at all for the summer months with the other company. We are definitely sticking with Symbri for the excellent pool service they provide. Here is to many more years of swimming in crystal clear water. Thank you Symbri.
