+ -1 moreIt was a horrible experience. The owner sent a couple of women over who forgot the vacuum cleaner, so carpets didn't get done, and they claimed to have stayed 4 hours yet I found only 1 out of 3 bathrooms cleaned and half the house was not touched. When I complained to the owner and sent her all the pictures of all the uncleaned areas she implied that I was lying to her, because her employee weaved quite a story, and tried to charge me $125 MORE than initially agreed upon. I was so disappointed. The owner was terribly unprofessional. This was the worst experience I've ever had in hiring services for my homes.
