 + -1 moreThe contractors did a great job. They showed up on time and were finished the same day. The only problem was that they called me right away asking for the check. We hadn't even had time to write the check yet. I told them we would do so the next day. Two days later they called again saying that they and quot;were in the area and could stop by and get the check.and quot; By that time it was in the mail. I just don't think it is professional to call the customer asking for payment only a few days after the work was done.

 + 0 moreRand R arrived on Tuesday within 15 minutes of when they said they would and installed the gutters in about 3 hours. They explained to me what they were doing as they went along and did an excellent job of fitting the gutters to my house. They installed the rain collection barrel I had purchased and cleaned up everything before they left. I was very satisfied with them and would recommend them.
Description of Work: R&R Gutters gave us an estimate for approximately 55 feet of gutters across the front of our house. It included two down spouts and four corners. They arrived for the estimate on time and did a thorough job of measuring and asking exactly what we wanted. The estimate was less than half what I had gotten from any of the three other companies I got estimates from. After I had gotten the estimate I called them back and asked about rainwater collection. They told me that the option they had was expensive but that if I wanted to go buy a barrel they would install it for no extra charge. They called me back to let me know that their supplier had run out of one of the critical parts needed for the installation and had them coming in in a few days. We rescheduled for the next Tuesday.
