+ -1 moreOur office contacted Provider to discuss the estimate and insurance payment. Breig cursed at the claims rep and said it was none of our business whether he charged a $250 inspection fee or not and that he could charge or not charge whoever he wanted (note: these people are Indian). He cursed often throughout the conversation even though our rep kept her voice low and was trying to be as professional as possible. He basically said he didn't care what anyone thought and hung up on her. Personally, I have been looking for a roofer to get an estimate on my personal home. I definitely will not get one from this vendor nor will I recommend him to our clients.
Description of Work: Our office was working to help a client settle her insurance claim and this vendor did the work but did not honor the estimate given. In addition, they charged a $250 inspection fee that was not advised to the client at the time.

+ -1 moreThe roofing crew worked long hours to finish faster, almost twelve hours the first day. They arrived even earlier the second day and finished by three in the afternoon. Their behavior was excellent, and the yard was kept clean all through the job. The roof looks great, and we have not had any leaks after the new roof was installed.
Description of Work: Provider Construction replaced our entire roof with fiber glass shingles. The roofing base was also completely re-decked.
