There is no finish to this story until people fight...and we can change the HOA
Description of Work: I, too, live in a community (same as other person that complaint) that is serviced by PROCOM. We moved here last year in August. We are supposed to have a community pool, tennis court, etc, which nobody seems to know when it will be built. Also, we are considered a gated community, but due to construction, the gates are open from 7am to 7pm. Also, just a few feet next to the gate, the wall surrounding the community ends, one can easily walk and even drive through there. There is another wide open area on the other side of the development. We went to the last HOA meeting in April and from what I can gather, the same questions were asked as the year previously and up until now , June 08, no answer. Every question that was asked, was answered by a "I will check into this" from the famous Ms. Juanita. I noticed Ms. Juanita never wrote anything down.......... My main concern was the HOA fees. We are paying for services that we do not have. We do currently use a community center in another community which requires driving and the pool is used by 5 communities. I went there the other day and it was "greenish"....definitely won't use it much. The subject of cleaning that pool more often was brought up at the meeting also , but again...answer still outstanding. So, the question was asked to see if the HOA fee can be reduced due to the services are not being provided that we are paying for and of course ....no answer.....It's ridiculous, but it's hard to fight them alone. Other community members will complain and what not..but nobody wants to do anything about it... I bring up "lawyer" and I'm told .oh no, the developer might hold it against us and built the pool, etc. even later......how sad....So if other communities out there read this in search of a HOA, DO NOT USE PROCOM, they are absolutely worthless.

Currently unresolved.
Description of Work: Associa ProComm is my HOA manager; "Juanita" is the manager. I have made numerous complaints to ProComm that, when it rains, a significant amount of mud collects directly in front of my driveway while the houses around mine properly direct the water away from their driveways. I live in a gated community, so the roads are private and the HOA is supposed to serve as my advocate ($700/year). Rather than help me find a solution (perhaps contact the developer to help mitigate the problem), ProComm appears to avoid communicating with me. The service date I listed is only the latest round of efforts I have made in an attempt for resolution (I even attended and personally complained at the last HOA annual meeting). On Sep 20th, I called and had to leave a message. The next day "Juanita" returned the call but I was in a meeting and she had to leave a voicemail. I attempted to return the call that same day but had to leave a voice message; I also sent her an e-mail. To date, I have received neither a return phone call nor a reply to my email. ProComm is the least responsive HOA I have ever dealt with and "Juanita" is among the least customer-oriented managers I heve interacted with. Mine is but one among numerous complaints about Associa ProComm as an HOA manager--here is a clip from a Facebook Group ("Neighborhood Buzz"): John Hollenbeck PROCOMM MGMNT COMPLAINTS I am starting this discussion thread for residents to share any ProComm related management complaints. I have collected quite a few complaints via email that I will share as a post. Please feel free to add any additional information so they can get resolved. September 21 at 7:12pm · Participate At the last annual residents meeting there was widespread consensus that ProComm services should be terminated but, unfortunately, the subdivision is not developed enough for the residents to vote ProComm out (the developer still has the majority seats/vote and the developer reps (Gallo Properties) did nothing to accomodate the complaining residents.
