He hasn't completed the 2 week job in 3 months and has completely stopped responding to us. Signed contract March 18, it took him 3 months to dig a hole and now it's been a week since the pool was delivered and sits in a huge hole, unfilled, unleveled, unstable and a huge liability and he won't respond to us at all. We will be filing a complaint with the Texas attorney general for resolution.
