I scheduled and they never called to give me the heads up call so I called then and they said the electrician had an emergency, ok but never called me to advise me of that. When I tried to reschedule and gave them my ideal times again, (single mom, active duty) I can t take off in the middle of a work day to wait all day and not get this done. I was told my afternoon availability wasn t ideal and I could get bumped again for an emergency. My business should be just as emergent!! Done with Mr. Electric and won t be returning to them for anything.
