Molly Maid of NE San Antonio and New Braunfels

The cleaning people arrived on time which was a nice change from our previous cleaning service. The ladies were friendly and professional and after receiving instructions of what was expected, got right to work. Things such as ceiling fans and baseboards were cleaned which the previous service never did. They did an excellent job and are very happy we gave Molly Maid a try. We hope to keep their service for a long time.

Have been using Molly Maid for over two years now, and am thoroughly pleased with the personnel.

The two person team was just great. Very friendly and worked hard for two hours. Only issue was that the arrival time was "afternoon". We had to be present from noon until arrival, which was around 1600.

It's been great! excellent! the first day they came out, I asked for them on permanent schedule, and they were both very good. Laurie, and Mercedes, work very diligently and i would consider them professional to a T.

It went very well. The women who came out were on time, very nice, and very professional.

Laurie and Mercedes's service was excellent was all the way around. Katherine called me the day before the confirm my appointment. We are hiring them for our weekly cleaning. The only thing negative I would say is they haven't called me back in regards to scheduling the weekly service.

They were ok. They come in and out, found some one that pays more attention to detail. It took 2 workers 2 or 3 hours to complete the work.

It went very well. The maids were on time and they did an excellent job.

They do good work, but make sure you get a time schedule before securing contract. It take them about 2 1/2 hours, workers are great. They could offer to monthly customers morning appointments.

They are fine. I use them every other week. The price is a little high but I don't know anyone else. I am still using them. The trouble is they are not in San Antonio so I kind of have a hard time. If I left them a key it would be fine, but I can't leave them a key. They are not local, about 35 miles or so. The workers are very nice, very sweet and they work hard.

On time frame stated and did there job well. Was pleased. Molly Maid did leave a form to be filled out meet due to my hiatus issues, I failed to do it.

Crew arrived within window of time, good attention to detail.

They were on time and did a very efficient job at house used them for about 3 years and would not hire anyone also.

Veronica & Ericka arrived in the allotted time frame. They worked efficiently and performed services to our satisfaction. We have not had any problems with Molly Maid personnel.

Cleaning crew arrived mid morning, clean dusted the entire house-very professional and very good. Service is performed every two weeks.

Arrived at time slightly later than expected and failed to call ahead as usual, did thorough job and left house smelling fresh and looking clean. Has been very dependable overall. Used the service for about a year, workers friendly, efficient and honest.

I have used Molly Maids for many years and highly recommend them. They do a great job.

Great. The owners were on the crew that came...they were wonderful!

Molly Maids girls (2) were there for 3 hrs. They were nice girls. I explained the house belonged to my elderly in-laws and hadn't been cleaned well in a long time so I only asked for those items listed above to be cleaned. I was busy cleaning all furniture, floors, walls and everything in the kitchen and had cleaned all other furniture in the living room. That way the girls could really concentrate on all else asked. The older girl who did the bathrooms, did a really good job and really commend her for this since this had not been done in a long time. However, any dusting/cleaning was left to the younger girl - see comments on her later. When both girls were through, they asked if they could do anything else and asked if they could clean all the cupboards in the kitchen - that turned out fine. Once the front door was opened I could see all the dust left on the entertainment center and on the curio cabinet. I wasn't watching the younger girl, but I shouldn't have to. So, I asked for a re-do. However, if the older girl had been tasked to do this by herself it would have been done much better. I expected better from the younger girl since all that she had to do in the 2.5 hours was the furniture in the master bedroom and the curio cabinet (wood and glass) and the entertainment center (wood with curios) and that was not much to ask. So I checked the Master Bedroom. I not ran my hand over the glass tops on the nightstands and all that had been done is just dusted. Not even a glass cleaner was used. i requested a re-do. This cost me over $240 for this service. I have paid approx $100 for my own house to be cleaned with 1 lady from Earthwise Cleaning for 3-4 hours and 2 bathrooms, 3 bdrms, living room with vacuuming and floor cleaning and all furniture was CLEANED, not just DUSTED!!! I am very disappointed with Molly Maids. I was hoping to use them as a re-occurring service for my in-laws. But for what was done, the price is over inflated. Molly Maids charged $79 an hour. As I said, the older girl was good for the bathrooms. Unfortunately, I couldn't use Earthwise from San Antonio since this cleaning was in New Braunfels. I will be commenting on their site too.

I hired this service to provide a thorough cleaning service including dusting, mopping and cleaning bathrooms. The results were completely hit and miss. In most areas it didn't look like they used any cleaning products at all but just wiped down surfaces with a damp cloth. The floors showed obvious dirt even though they were supposedly mopped. The showers and tubs still had a dirty film on them and some surfaces were dusted while others were missed completely. The company did offer to send another team out to clean for free, but I feel if this much went wrong the first time, then there wouldn't be much improvement the second time.

They work in teams of 2-3 people. The same ladies normally come every week. They are always on time. They vacuum, dust, clean the bathrooms, mop the hard floors. wipe the counters, change the sheets,etc. They, also, clean the ceiling fans and dust the moldings. They wipe the stair rails and vacuum the stairs. They do a very good job. They do an exceptional job on the shower glass doors. The company provides insurance. The ladies have all been trustworthy and I have had no missing items or such problems. There are some things they don't do such as windows, etc. so if you have a special job just ask first. They provide their own equipment and cleaning supplies.
