He was unable to find the zone that was giving a problem. His diagnostic ability is extremely limited and was not completed. He was told that the zone was 4 at the meter. Since he was unable to fix the problem, then I would guess that I would not be happy, but I paid him anyway. He did call and left a message that he would be in the area the next week, but when I was finally able to call back, no answer. He never called back.

I have used him since 2010, when I had my sprinkler system installed. They have always sent somebody out that was reliable, I thought their prices were competitive, and they are here whenever they say they are going to be here. Their price is a little bit on the high side, but they have done quality work.

He returned my call the very same day and came out the next day. He did minor repairs on my sprinkler system and will do some major repairs later to my back yard.

After being told by 3 other companies that I would have to wait 7-10 days for service, I called Medallion. I was told a technician would call me back shortly. I received a call from the technician, John, within 10 minutes. I explained that I couldn't wait 10 days to have repairs made, as the work was required at a rental property and the leak needed to be fixed ASAP. John worked some magic and offered me the option of being his first call any of the next 3 days - which would guarantee a time frame of 8-9 am so I could have an exact arrival time for my tenants. On the agreed day, John arrived on time as promised. He called me with a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be performed and gave me a estimate based on time and materials. The price I paid was the price I was quoted - it was extremely reasonable - and I couldn't be more satisfied! You can bet I will be using John and Medallion Sprinklers whenever the need arises!

Mark changed out two sprinkler heads to improve spray coverage, straightened one supply pipe, adjusted spray pattern and coverage boundaries on two other sprinkler heads, checked programming functions of master controller and verified location of backflow regulators and shutoff valves. This in addition to a 18 mile roundtrip service call.

He did a good job and I was very happy with it.

Regarding the quality of service, they go above and beyond. There were a few sprinkler heads and stuff like that that I did not want removed, but I was not here as I drive a truck till 11, so I called them out; and if I had a problem they came out and just took care of it. They are an easy group to work with. Marks' is a pretty good guy. He even did some work next door. Everything that they have done for me has turned out to my satisfaction, and it is working good. I have probably got a few more heads I want to get done and I will probably call him out here to do it.

They returned calls promptly. They arrived at the appointed time. All work was done with attention and care.

Overall they clearly knew what they were doing. Price was fair. My only complaint is my husband had asked that they call him when they got to the house so he could come over and see what they were doing. Well, they didn't call. I came home and found them at work. I asked them if they'd talked with my husband and found that they had not. It wouldn't have been all that big of a deal but my husband wanted to see what all was involved before he committed to the repairs. In the future, we need to be sure we clearly stated what our expectations are.

They never answer our calls, or return them. It seems as though unless you are having a system installed, they want nothing to do with you. The system itself is fine, we just would prefer they answer our calls. They have the schematic of the system, which is why we would like them to service it. It's hard to hire them again if they won't answer the phone.

Excellent service and work performed. We have used numerous companies in the past from the area and each of them has been woefully lacking and required return trips and more cost for us. This company zeroed in on a problem we likely had for many years which no other firm had done. We are extremely happy with the work done and how they left the yard.

This must have been the most complicated job I have ever seen performed in my life. I could not believe all the little nicks and crannies that had to be done here. These workers were just amazing. When I say amazing I mean amazing. Absolutely nothing had gone wrong and nothing could have been more perfect. They had tried to explain to me what they were doing and how they were doing it. Not even half way through, I told them to forget it. This was their profession, and I was not interested anymore. These guys were so great. I have not had any problems since they installed the system either. If I do, you better believe I will be calling on them to come and fix it. I am confident that they would do an excellent job on a repair as well.

The landscaper returned my call right away and followed up with an estimate for repairing my sprinkler system. His prices were quite good, and he gave me a written work guarantee. The repair was scheduled as soon as a day was agreed on, and the landscaper showed up as promised. He did a real good job, cleaned up any mess and left the yard in tiptop shape.

Mark returned my call and came by to give an estimate for repairing our sprinkler system. His prices were very reasonable and he explained his work guarantee and the reason the sprinklers were going in the wrong direction. The sprinkler repair was scheduled as soon as a day was set, and Mark showed up on time. After he replaced a small part and turned the heads around, he checked it and the sprinklers were going in the right direction. He did a wonderful job, was experienced, knowledgeable and friendly.
