Provider did not get back to me for an appointment for two days. We had already moved on. We visited their nursery in New Braunfels and was not impressed with the quality of the plants and their upkeep.

It was very positive. They were very prompt in getting there quote to us. My husband felt like they were very fair in their pricing. We had a gentleman come out and work through the yard and told us exactly what we needed to do. They have an excellent selection of landscaping plan. I feel like quality people can help you with whatever type of landscaping you need.

Maldonados Nursery are very knowledgeable and we live on a river so they can tell us if plants will be good for our soil and things like that.

They listened to me. They were very responsive when I had an issue with a couple of the plants and they took care of it right away. I would certainly recommend them if you need this type of work done.

We moved into a newly constructed house with little more than sod and a few plants and two spindly trees for landscaping, We are new to Texas and began a tour of nurserys searching for jandscaping help. We found Maldonado's Zip Road location, with acres of trees and shrubs and plants which were obviously cultivated from seed to maturity. The young woman in the front office gave us direcftions to tour the site. We were amazed, but were concerned that we were in the and quot;high rent' district of the landscaping world but found prices very competetive, particularly for the quality. As we were about to leave, she thanked us for visiting and reminded us pf their free consulting service. We could certainly use some professional help in the cost was within reason. Ron Chrisman called to make an appointment and showed up the next day, exactly on time. He listened to our ideas and made sketches of the property. He was back with a preliminary plan in just a couple of days. We worked together, visited the mursey to look at his suggestions in person. We revised and revised. The final proposal was detailed. We discussed alternatives and costs, and Ron was always honest and attentive to our needs, even suggesting some cost-saving alternatives. We never felt pressured in any way. Ron even selcted spefic trees and plants for us to choose from. It was a most comfortable experience. We were pleased with the final proposal and the terms of the contract. Andrew and his crew arrived, en force, promptly at 8, and everyone was at work immediately. It was clear that this was not just a professional crew, but an expert professional crew. It was a pleasure to watch people who knew and loved what they were doing. Ron was attentive throughout the day. Andrew was beyond description: skilled, informative to us, pleasant, efficient, respected by his crew. We had anticipated that it would take a couple of days to do everything - strip the sod for the beds, lay the brickwork, plant trees and shrubs, haul away the debris, clean up the mess, etc. etc. But things quickly took shape, with attention to detail that was amazing. By mid-afternoon we realized they would be finishing in one day. Unbelievable. Then, suddenly, as quietly as they arrived, the job was done and the crew packed up and cleaned up. There wasn't even as much as a spec of mulch anywhere. A personal comment: There was a small flower bed that was rimmed with river rock, which had to be removed to add soil, mulch and plants. The last task of the long day was putting the rock back. Andrew did not and quot;put the rock back.and quot; He placed each stone by hand, in a perfect pattern. I could not believe such attention to detail. It was not necessary. But if there is anything that typified the work that was done for us, that says it all.

Excellent service from start to finish..

I thought I was hiring the agency which was not the case. The gentleman came out and told me what should go where. When I went to the office to see what I wanted there was a young woman there who wrote everything down and said she would order the plants and they would plant it for me. Afterwards I found out when I had some problems that it was not actually the way they do business. I realized I should have had a written contract, as estimate and the billing based on the contract. Somewhere in-between the gentleman coming and deciding the flowers and its planting which resulted in me ending up without any contract and recourse if there was a problem with the plants. I haven't heard anything back from them since I had a couple of destroyed plants. I was shocked that the company did not know that one of their employees was intervening between the customer and then normal process which was going on and rather taking it on herself. The plants are however fine and the people who were performing the job knew what they were doing. I had no idea that this was their way of doing business as I never worked with them previously. I should have had a contract to fall back on when there was a problem. I had to call them three or four times to get a written list of the plants and their costs from the company. There was however certain plants that they did not plant saying it was not of the quality that they wanted to plant. It took some time while I finally got those plants I wanted. Other than the boss no one there knew English. I would not use them again in the future.

Maldonado Nursery and Landscape workers were pretty nice. They did not talk much, but did work hard. They did a satisfactory job. They got it done in a reasonable amount of time. They had a lot to do, but got it done. The mess was cleaned up well and they have done check ups.

The job the landscaper did was enormous. There were ten people working at the same time. The sprinkler system went in first to avoid conflict between the two different tasks. They were on time every morning, and worked very hard until the job was done four days later. Their behavior was great, and the final result was exactly what we wanted.

THERE ARE MANY SELECTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM AND THEY PROVIDE ASSISTANCE AND INFO TO HELP YOU MAKE A PURCHASE. DEL WAS ON TIME AND COURTEOUS. THE TREE IS VERY HEALTHY AND DOING WELL.
