+ -1 moreI called Alma around July 8th and discussed services. I called again on Thursday to confirm our Saturday appointment since I was driving in from Houston. I'm interested in her vacation home cleaning and we discussed I would need a 2nd set of sheets, towels so they could launder off site and switch them on visits. That sounded great, also the quote of $115. She was to come meet me at the property this past Sat, 7-13 at 11am to look at condo but never showed up. I did not receive a phone call and thought maybe there'd be one at my office Monday morning back in Houston. Maybe there was some confusion on which phone number to call. NOPE
Description of Work: Nothing. Never showed up to go over services and see my condo for accurate quote.

Description of Work: I called this company to inquire about having regular cleaning services provided at my home. My initial conversation was quite hopeful as she quoted me a fair price based on what I told her about the approximate size of my home. She explained her services and said that she thought she would be able to send 2 people to my house the following week (on Wed.) to clean. She also said need to verify this and check the schedule and would call me back that evening. When I did not receive a call that night, I tried to call her the next day. I continued to try and reach her for the next several days (and left several messages) but never heard from her again.. and obviously, no one showed up on Wed. I found this to be very unprofessional, rude, and unworthy of being on Angies List.

It is a very good company and I have a contract with her because I manage 60 different properties and she cleans about half of them. She is a big cleaning service and she is wonderful. Alma Perez is wonderful. Her pricing is very reasonable and since I use her for high-end rental homes the price varies, but she is very affordable.
Description of Work: I use M4 Cleaning Services for in house cleaning. The last time I used her was yesterday.
