 + 0 moreWonderfully, Crew was professional, dedicated, arrived on time and did not leave until work was done. They hand-fitted the rocks in the French drain.
Description of Work: 1. Engineered tier system to r hillside flooding in back yard; planted draught resistant plants on tiers; crushed granite for drainage and better mobility for homeowner 2. Installation of French drain to catch hillside water and route around house; back yard 3. Fill 2 sinkholes in front yard created by builder; used better topsoil than builder 4. Treat front yard with pre-emergent chemical to r growth of "weed grass" in sod installed by builder (sod was not rolled, was full of weeds and insects when installed by builder) 5. Pulled out sod in back yard, that was installed by builder, but not ordered by homeowner 6. Advised homeowner of how to cope with front yard plantings, despite builder's using poor, trash-filled construction dirt in front yard 7. Referred homeowner to sprinkler system specialist; builder installed cheap, faulty watering system control; sprinkler control replaced and working according to programming
