I'm actually going to let this company KUSTOM FENCE AND THEIR OWNER CHASE make their own review. We paid them $15,000 (half down total job over $30,000) on August for a fence (that went halfway around my property) We were told they would start 6 weeks afterwards… so figure end of September beginning of October. NOPE! CHASE AND KUSTOM FENCE NEVER ORDERED THE WOOD FOR MY FENCE!! My father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in October, and we REALLY needed this gate complete so we could leave town and still… NOTHING. No phone calls apologizing, no reason, NOTHING!!! (Mid-November) they put up part of the fence and here we are still waiting for the most important part - the gate …which we were told wouldn't be done until after Thanksgiving. My father passed away on December 8, 2022 (2 days ago) and guess what- I still don’t have a complete gate. My husband called CHASE and told him about my father’s passing, and CHASE said “We’ll try to get it done Friday.” THANKS FOR TRYING SO HARD! Friday comes and only the frame of the gate (which is NOT DONE BY KUSTOM FENCE) is complete because CHASE said his company didn’t have the wood to complete my gate paid for in August. My husband tells CHASE to get this done, my wife’s dad died, and WE HAVE TO LEAVE FOR THE FUNERAL!!! and CHASE said “Oh, I’ll call you back or have someone come out on Monday.” Remember he originally said Friday BTW… CHASE NEVER CALLED MY HUSBAND BACK … NEVER SHOWED UP EITHER. I hope I can go to the funeral since I couldn’t leave town to see my dad before he died. And Nothing this man or this company will ever do to change how their unprofessional behavior NOT RETURNING CALLS – NOT SETTING GOOD APPOINTMENTS OR COMMUNICATION WITH THE CLIENT – HAS RUINED MY CHANCE TO SEE MY DAD BEFORE HE DIED!!!!! Wonder how they’d feel if I took that long to pay them! As of now, December 10, 2022 this job, paid for on August 15, 2022 IS STILL NOT COMPLETE! I will comment next when or IF they EVER finish. KEEP LOOKING!!!!

Mike and his crew at Kustom Fence did a fantastic job for us. We couldn't be happier with the end product, the build process, their work ethic or pricing. They built an iron fence for us around our swimming pool 4 years ago and it was such a good job that we didn't call anyone else when we were ready to fence the entire backyard. The crew was really thoughtful and knowing we had a small dog made extra efforts - without being asked - to insure that there were no gaps or dips where the dog could get under the fence. Not sure if we'll ever need to have another fence built, but if we do, we're calling Kustom Fence.

They did a fine job. They were efficient and got the job done. The price was very good compared to others.

Chip initially came out to take measurements and listen to what I wanted done. Chip is very professional and has obviously done this sort of work for a long time. I had the upmost confidence in his suggestions and ability to do a quality job.i went with Kustom fence because of Chip. I had gotten a lower bid from another company but wasn't sure they totally understood what I wanted. The dad and son guys that built my fence did a good quality job but I think it took them longer than they had expected, 3 days. Toward the last day I think they were just tired and wanted to go home. They said they would be back the next morning at 7am. They didn't show up until 7pm the next day and still didn't clean it all up. I called chip to leave a MSG of my unhappiness. I ended up having to clean up a lot of it myself as well as move all my heavy plants back. Don't get me wrong, I love my fence, it's exactly what I wanted. I just had a problem with the way it was ended.

They were very responsive to the request for an estimate and detailed in what the estimate included. Useful advice on sliding vs hinged gates. Took a while to get the artwork to them and for them to work it into the gate, but most of the delays were because we were out of town. They did the work exactly as requested and there were no surprises on the costs. No problems with it in over a year.

We wanted to fence in a small portion of our back and side yards (to keep the deer away from gardens and flowerbeds). Chip came out and gave us an estimate for a 72" tall steel and stell mesh fence with 2 gates. There was a minor problem as the back yard portion of the fence had to be installed in the general area of the septic drainage field. Thankfully all posts went in without hitting any of the septic pipes. Chip let us know beforehand that they would do whatever was necessary to position the posts around the pipes but if they hit any of them his crew would make any necessary repairs.The installation was done withing the time frame promisses and the workmanship was excellent.

The gentleman showed up as scheduled and did some measurements and said we'd receive the estimate by the end of the week. We never heard from them again and have since found a professional company to do the work. Wasted both our time and theirs.

Overall it was an excellent experience.

The crew improved the aesthetics of my backyward greatly, and the installation was done in a two days which included take-down of the old fence. The new fence posts were installed much deeper to improve stability, as the old fence was leaning (11 years old). They improved the stability with depth and more concrete than the previous installer.

The job went fine. They showed up when they were supposed to and did the work. I did not have any problems with them. I got what I paid for. The quality is fine - I am happy that the gate still works. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They are outstanding. They were very professional and their work is quality. I did use them anytime in the future.

They just started installing the fence in this week. My experience with them when they came out for the estimate was very good and excellent. We are really happy with them. They were not the least expensive, but we just wanted to go with them after considering everything. (Updated, 6/16/10) Excellent and professional work. Installer showed up daily until completion (about 2 wks), and was a very hard worker who took pride in his craftsmanship. If any issues or concerns arose, they were taken care of. The end result completely met our expectations, and I would not hesitate to use this company again.

They did good work and excellent follow up on the last bits of work. They did an excellent job. It rained a lot during the time they were doing the work. I never quite knew when they were going to come.

We wanted to landscape and plant our property; water feature, fruit trees, foliage, vegetable garden. However, the deer population is unregulated and pestilential. They eat everything. So we needed a barrier fence, but one that wouldn't spoil the view of surrounding countryside and the lake. We chose more expensive materials, using 3" square tubular steel for brace posts, and 2" for line posts, both in concrete, instead of t-posts driven into the ground. all posts were leveled, capped and painted a stone brown to blend into the landscape. Gates were 1.5" steel with bull panel. Driveway was sliding solar electric with keypads and remotes. All construction was custom except for the deer wire itself. Project was completed in about 15 business days. High quality workmanship.

Kustom did a wonderful job with the fence. The fence is holding up very well. I was impressed that it would look that good. To be honest, I did not want the fence in the first place. It was my wife s idea. I am glad I let her decide because I really do like the fence; it makes things look a lot better. It secludes the house a little more to.

The fence looks really good. It seems to be holding up very well. The men who put the fence up were just so nice. They worked very hard to get the fence exactly how I wanted it. I give them a lot of credit. I could not ask for better people. The quality of worked they showed me was amazing. Everyone enjoys the fence. It really made the yard look great.

My husband and I started this project and then realized we needed help. This was a very difficult time to build this fence because it was in the middle of the summer and averaged above one hundred degrees. Their work crew did not seem to be bothered by it, though, and finished in a couple of weeks. They had excellent manners, and really did an excellent job on the fence. I'm glad we hired them.
