I've had a lot of help from him, his name is Bruce Wilkinson. Couple of times we've had a disastrous crash and he doesn't overcharge. What he does wrong is he is a little slow in doing but this time he was real quick and he got on and looked at our computer. He just cleaned it all out and did not simply bill us. I'm one of those guys that manage to mess up my computer a lot but haven't done it really badly and he is there to go through a whole series of things. He will come over late at night and he's been there when he's needed to be. He's not like a lot of people where you have to wait for a week or two. The quality of work has been great, gets the work done and his bills hasn't been spectacularly high at all. He always makes a way to get there.
