Finally bit the bullet and had parts of our home pressure washed. Clay came out to give us recommendations and we decided to do the back patio, fences, and eves of the house. At the completion, the fence was ready for staining, the paint on the eves looked like it had just been painted, and the patio looked new. You can't beat the value with someone who knows what to do at a reasonable charge.
