+ -1 moreThe Friedel's did a magnificent job with our new home. We have told several different people about them, and a few are planning to hire them. It took six months to complete, and turned out better than we had hoped. Phone communication was very important to us, because we lived in Houston, during construction. They let us know if there were any problems we needed to be aware of, and solved those problems very quickly.
Description of Work: Friedel Custom Homes designed and built our house for us. The building is twenty four hundred square feet, with three bedrooms two bathrooms, with a combination three-car garage, and guesthouse. The exterior is limestone and vinyl, with a metal roof.

+ -1 moreBen and Eileen Friedel did a marvelous job on our dream home. They had excellent organizational skills, so all the contractors were working together, instead of against each other. Of course there were complications from time to time, but they handled those situations with professionalism. There was a great deal of communication between us, and the final product is almost perfect. We have told everyone we know about them.
Description of Work: Friedel Custom Homes built a three thousand square foot, two story, three bedroom, two and a half bathroom house, with a separate guesthouse.
