The construction took a little longer than originally predicted, about six months in total. Everything else went perfectly. The few changes I decided on were not seen as a problem, and one of the reasons it took longer to finish the house. Their representative contacted me on a regular basis, and again after I moved in. This is my first new house, and I absolutely love it.

We are very unhappy with the way this went. The closing was a week late, with many complications about the financing. The house itself has countless problems which it took them a full year to address. These include, no hot water for the clothes washer, leaking pipes, and cracks in the plaster. They refuse to fix the cracks because they are less than an eighth of an inch across, but are still very noticeable. Their general attitude has been far less than professional. Eagle has turned out to be a great disappointment.
