Curt Schaefer

A rock post by an entrance to a low rock wall surrounding a little German rock house had been hit, knocking most of its rocks loose, making it a danger for kids and elderly persons who might accidentally lean on it. We had a party with many elderly folks coming at the end of the week, so we called Mr. Schaefer and he was able to come out and make the repairs, including fixing a few places on the wall that needed fixing too. We are very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him for any masonry repair!

This stone mason was a pleasure to hire as a contractor. I was stuck with unfinished work from another Stone Mason when I had to fire the builder for not paying the sub-contractors and for code violations. Curt came in with his company and matched the color of the mortar in place, and was able to work with and improve the incomplete work. He also built a new fireplace and worked hard to insure that it fit well into the existing structure. The crew cleaned up every day and had a great attitude while they worked. I would hire them again without hesitation.
