In October the house' foundation was repaired and now it needs a new cement walkway to the front door, The patio cement in the backyard is cracked in many places, is uneven and also needs to be replaced. The driveway same story. He also works on fences and he indicated he could do that too. Overall he sounded professional, he was friendly and courteous. He measured everything, took notes and I asked for separate estimates on front walkway, patio, fence and drive way and he agreed. I am still waiting for the estimates now almost a month later!! I haven't contacted him and by now would not hire him to do the work.
