Chris from Cap Construction and Handyman services was very helpful. He provided quick, timely service with a fast response. He was able to complete four projects (two chairs, swing set, canopy) putting items together that did not take that long to complete. He is knowledgeable and friendly.

Reliable professional and great work

I hired Chris for 10 light installations that required higher construction and electrical knowledge than a typical Handyman. From the onset, Chris provided excellent communication and estimates for all of my revisions! Chris was on-time and fully prepared with an extensive tool armory.... ready for any curve ball he might encounter. The project took the majority of 2 days. Upon each installation, Chris gained my approval. Chris is highly professional with a positive personality. If you want someone who doesn't cut-corners, uses quality materials, doesn't give you lip service, and gets the job done on-time the right way with no surprises; give CAP Construction a call.

We first hired Chris to install 6 ceiling fans in our new build home. He was very reasonable in price and did an excellent job. He even uncovered an issue while installing 1 of the ceiling fans and went to the hardware store to gather what he needed to fix the issue. When I found a TV that was on sale, it was a no brainer for us to reach out to Chris to see if he could mount it on our wall. It was a large TV and he picked it up for us at the store and brought it to our house. We asked him if he could install an electrical outlet behind where the TV would be so we wouldn’t have wires showing. He was able to do it all and we have been very satisfied with his professionalism, promptness, kindness, and workmanship. We will not hesitate to use him again in the future and we always recommend him to others. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ripped out a weird bathroom the previous owner built himself, inside the kitchen. We called Chris after to help us with repairing the walls, and putting a door back in the wall that had been removed as well. He made some great suggestions that really elevated the space and it turned out better than expected. He came out the same day we called, got a quote back the next morning, and started work a week later. He showed up on time, had excellent communication and asked for feedback frequently to make sure we were Bally with the progress. Will definitely use him again for future projects!
