Great Job. Quality workmanship

A very unsatisfactory experience indeed. We recently purchased a home that had a roof replaced by Bravo Roofing in April 2014. We were informed that there was a warranty on the roof that we could have transferred to us. We scheduled an inspection with Bravo and they did not show up as arranged. Another date was scheduled. When they arrived they looked at the roof and said that because a satellite dish had been installed on the roof by the previous owner, the warranty was void. They did not inspect the roof and left. When our realtor questioned them on this yesterday they advised us that they would agree to transfer the warranty if we had the dish removed and paid them $400 to patch the screw holes and the extra $75 to transfer the warranty. First, the warranty documentation does not say that the entire roof warranty is voided by a satellite dish installation. Section 7 says there is a limitation of "leaks and damages caused by satellite dishes". Second, $400 to patch the screw holes and to "re-instate" a warranty that hasn't be voided according to your own documentation is a scam. When you add that to not showing up the first time, it seems to us like the business doesn't want to honor this particular warranty. So, that's our experience. The roof looks nice. It was paid for by someone else. Our experience is based upon the customer service, the shady manipulation of the warranty wording, and the price quote for repairing something that the warranty doesn't call for anyway.

Charged exactly what the estimate was, arrived when he said he would, cleaned up after himself. All in all, it was a very good experience.

I had Bravo Roofing come out because I had a leak. They gave me an estimate on repairing the leak and an estimate on replacing the composition roof with a new one and a separate estimate on replacing it with a steel roof. I opted for the steel roof. They did an excellent job --- completely stripped the old roof and underlying felt off, repaired areas of the decking that were rotted, and replaced all the flashing. I am well-pleased with the work they did. I had used Bravo to replace a roof on another house I owned about 5 yrs ago and never had any problems with it all. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous.

The person that came out showed up late and then stayed 15 mins and said he was late (no joke) and had to be someplace else in 15 mins. So, he left promptly for his more important job. He did finally come back a few days later and then sent a bid and it was outrageous price. By, this time I had already gotten 3-4 more bids at a much better price. The guy finally called a week later and asked about doing the work and informed him I had already gotten another bid at a much better price. He still wanted to know what he could do. I said give a better bid on the roof job. He finally got it to me but still why high and just not somebody I would want to do business with.

The work was completed on time and met our requirements. We had one problem with communication issues with the roofing workers. We contacted Bravo and they sent the foreman who did the estimate and the owner's Son to resolve the issue. Since another tropical depression was headed our way, they worked their tales off to get the roof completed prior to the forthcoming rains. Our overall satisfaction with Bravo Roofing and Construcftion is A+.

Bravo does quality work and I use them often. They are very friendly, helpful, the men work quickly, and they clean up well after the job was done. What I really like most is if you should need them to come back, they always come out quickly and without complaint.

What an ordeal. At first things seemed to go well. They are the only company left in New Braunfels that will touch a tar and gravel roof. I thought mine could be repaired, but it turns out I had a big carpenter ant problem, so my roof had to be replaced. They gave me an estimate, and shingles to look at, and set up a date. At the time, I was in the process of moving out and turning my property over to a property management company. The property management representative in charge of my house asked them to come by to look at the inside, so they would have an idea of what they were dealing with. They said they did not need to do that. They started work on the day they said they would. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up very well. The roof looks great. However, they pounded all the nails through the shingles and through my ceiling. They didn't realize their mistake until they were almost finished. By then, it was too late. I'm running out of room to tell the rest.

Bravo Roofing is a pretty good company and the roofer did a good job. I was very satisfied and the prices were OK. He cleaned up any mess and was a friendly sort of guy. He was on time, got the job done fast and seemed to know what he was doing.

Bravo Roofing returned my call right away and stopped by to give an estimate for a new roof. Their prices were quite reasonable and they explained the warranty of the shingles and the different grades. The roof installation was scheduled as soon as the shingles were available and the roofers were right on time. They unloaded the new shingles and other tools and got right to work. They did an excellent job, got it done fast and left the yard in tiptop shape.
