ASE

We liked the attitude of the people at ASE. The computer was repaired within two days, and has worked great ever since. Their manners were good. They explained things to us, since we are not well versed in the use of computers. The owner even came over to our house, on one occasion, because we were having difficulty installing some software. There was no charge for the trip.

ASE seemed to be very great. They really took there time to hook everything up. They showed me lots and lots of neat things. I truly have learned a lot from them in this one time visit to my home. I feel that they are geniuses. They seemed to know everything there is to know about computers. I am very pleased with the service. I would hire them again if needed. They did charge me an hourly rate for this service. I believe it was about $40 per hour. They guy did however take off a little extra because we were discussing so many things. I kept asking so many questions. Funny thing is he had an answer for every one of them!

The viruses were taken off, and the technician also tried to reorganize the files for optimum speed. In the process he made it extremely difficult, in some cases impossible for us to locate the files. It took longer to put everything back to its original layout, than it did to bring it to ASE. They were nice enough, but they did not do what we brought the computer to them for in the first place, and that was to make easier to operate.

I am pleased with the service ASE has done for me. This is the second time I have used them. I was pleased the first time as well when they repaired a power splat for me. I do have to take the computer to them. I do not believe they will come to the house; however, I did not ask. The technician who repaired it for me was a very smart gentleman. He knew exactly what he was doing. He completed the task very quickly. I also think that the price is wonderful, I could not ask for any cheaper.

The computer technician took our call promptly, and followed up with a diagnosis of our computer's problem. His prices were very good and he explained his work guarantee along with the problem of the computer. He scheduled a time for us to bring it in, and he got started on it right away. He repaired the computer quickly and called us to pick it up. He did an excellent job, was friendly and polite and told us if we have any more problems to call him, but the computer has been doing fine since.

The computer only spent two days at their location. That was one day less than they said it would take. We were instructed on the problems that caused the computer malfunction, and given advice on how to protect ourselves. The technician was knowledgeable, and explained things so we could understand. Now we are more diligent about virus protection. We have not had a similar episode.

I am very pleased with ASE, they are such an excellent company. My computer is now running smoothly. I have not had any problems with the computer since ASE came to repair it. The guy had showed me step by step exactly what he was doing to repair it, I thought it was pretty neat. He did come to my home to repair it. I thought the price was very good. I am very happy and would definitely call them again for anything.
