+ 0 moreBrian did a fantastic job! He arrived when he said he would. The job, which we are still pleased with today, was completed when he said it would be. The job site was left clean. Brian was very easy to work with and provided us with all of the information that we needed. We will definitely use Artistic Impressions again, should the need arise.

Description of Work: We were completely dissatisfied with the concrete staining services provided by Artistic Impressions. There were several rooms in the home that had marred areas in the finish after the job was done. Artistic Impressions blamed the general contractor and they, in turn, blamed Artistic Impressions. Since the sealer was already applied to the finish, the only way to completely correct the situation was to remove the finish by sand blasting and reapplying. Neither Artistic Impressions nor the general contractor (River Hills Custom Homes were willing to do this. | |I have talked with other independent parties and have been told that the damage is consistent with damage that would be encountered when the paper designed to protect the finish from construction damage was put in place before the surface was dry, causing the paper to stick to the finish while still wet. | |To be fair Artistic Impressions applied another clear coat but this did nothing to correct the situation. | |I would not use Artistic Impressions again nor would I recommend them. Likewise, I would not use River Hills Custom Homes again.

+ -1 moreI didn't use them. They quoted me roughly about $5,000 for the whole job. It was okay. It was more on the phone, I called them and they followed through. They gave an idea of what the cost would be. They seem like they have a good resume of customers and things they've done. It's worth giving them a call. It can't comment on the work because none was done.
Description of Work: I got an estimate for two items; one was the garage and the other was staining the driveway.

Description of Work: Spoke to Bryan. I began to explain I'm looking for some concrete staining and diamond grinding of a living room area. He asked for the dimensions and then said he wouldn't take my business in the summer because the job was "too small". When I was explaining that I also had a front patio and master bedroom to do, I was hung up on.

+ -1 moreThey came out at the prompt appointment time to provide us an estimate to include pouring new concrete to meet our needs. They brought out their concrete guy and we made the necessary measurements and talked through available options and best courses of action. I really like their approach in working with my wife and I as we discussed options to maximize our walkway and patio areas. Although we did not go forward with their services due to competing, higher priority projects at home, we will surely keep them in mind when we chose to expand the areas to include staining the concrete.
Description of Work: They came out to provide an estimate for expanding my front walkway and also to stain and expand our rear patio area.

+ 1 moreIn the spring of 2011, Brian and his crew came to my building to color dye and seal our sidewalks. The sidewalks had been previously stained and needed touching up. Also, epoxy work was done on the lettering to the entrance of the building. Due to a manufacturer's defect of the product that was used to seal the sidewalks, bubbling appeared on the sidewalks because of the heat. When we called Brian, he mentioned another client had the same problem with the product. It was agreed to wait until the temperature cooled down to re-seal the sidewalks. I am happy to say Brian warrantied his work and came out the following year to re-seal the sidewalks free of charge. I get many compliments on the sidewalks and would recommend Brian to other people who are looking for someone to stain their concrete.

+ 0 moreWe are very, very pleased with the outcome. This is the second time we have used Artistic Impressions Concrete Staining. Our previous home sold in less than 30 days on the market...the garage received many positive comments. This project turned out even better.
Description of Work: Commercial-grade epoxy on residential garage floor. Also added decorative Texas Star accent etched into garage floor.

The crew was polite, professional and friendly, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Excellent work overall...absolutely terrific experience.
Description of Work: Artistic Impressions installed a gorgeous epoxy coating for my residential garage floor. I wanted the garage floor to look nice in anticipation of selling my house. The garage floor looks so terrific now that I'm tempted to keep the house!
