Initial visits to the store went well. The salesperson was patient and helpful. Once work began things started badly and got worse. Our first appointment for installation was postponed. Tile was installed on one day, and grouting was performed the following day. Sub contractor for grouting was several hours late and was in our home until 9pm to finish job. We asked for the bathroom tile to be laid a certain way, which called for slightly more tile to be purchased. The salesperson claimed that we did not tell him about this, essentially blaming us for the mistake. Luckily, there was just enough tile to complete bathroom. We were pretty thorough in getting a price/sq. ft. and were pretty confident in what the total price would be. The actual bill came out to approximately $100 more than what we anticipated. Lastly, we requested AND paid to have 2 ceramic shelves installed in a shower. One year later this work has yet to be done. Repeated efforts to obtain refund have been unsuccessful.

LATE ARRIVAL TO JOB SITE. LACKED EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION WITH US. DIFFICULTY UNDERSTANDING ENGLISH. DID NOT FOLLOW SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS IN THE INSTALLATION PROCESS. WE WERE COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. STAIRS WERE NOT LEVEL.
