Josh was fantastic. He showed up on time and did the inspection in an efficient manner. He provided us the report quickly I would hiigly recommend him.

First time homebuyers and Josh Hoffert was our inspector. He explained clearly what types of tests he would perform and what exactly he looks for in newly built houses. He even used a drone to check the roofing. Josh was able to do the inspection in a timely manner on short notice of our first walkthrough with the builders. Within a couple of hours after the inspection, we received the report. The price was very affordable compared to other competitors, I would highly recommend for any first time buyers Josh is knowledgeable in his profession and made the process super easy for us. We will keep A-Pro Home Inspection in mind if we ever need another inspection in the future!
