Appliance Guys

This service call was flawless start to finish. I placed a call to Appliance Guys after hours. Gretchen returned my call early the next morning. She asked about what I needed and quickly set an appointment on the time and date I needed. Jay called in advance the day of to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time. Jay provided excellent service installing my appliance pedestals. He was respectful and courteous throughout the call. The work was well done, timely and at a reasonable price. It's my first time using this service, but it definitely will not be the last. How nice it is to have a service repair man to call who is trustworthy, dependable and knows what heâ s doing. Glad to have an appliance guy that I can gladly recommend to others. LB

Mr. Lopez was were friendly, punctual, and professional. I actually got same day service on my dryer repair which I greatly appreciated! He took the time to explain what was wrong with the dryer and showed me what type of part he needed. Unfortunately, he did not have the part needed on his truck but he did locate one and worked around my work schedule to return and put the part on ASAP. I also feel the pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

He went above the requirement to identify the issue. He also talked with me about options concerning moving forward, which was great since I didn't want to put alot of money into an 7 yr dishwasher if it wasn't wise to do so.
