I accidentally broke a pipe at a junction for my sprinkler system because it was not installed correctly by the builder's subcontractor. I was trying to push the cover down, used excessive force and broke the pipe. I did not want a leak and did not want to take the time or effort to repair it myself. They came out, assessed what was needed and retired it within 2 hours. I was happy with the work and the professionalism.

I am unable to get them to come out and do the work.

They came out for their first appointment, and they did a great job. They did charge me for some additional work they did, but it was worth it.

I had an appointment Friday and they never showed up, my wife stayed home so she could be here for the appointment and no one came. They called that night and stated that they would like to come out and schedule appointment. I let her know that we already had an appointment. I then stated that I wouldn't be here on Saturday and I would like to be here and Chris said that they would contact me on Monday and get me rescheduled. Monday came and went and still no phone call.

The owner Chris came out a few times to go over what my husband wanted. They cost a little more the the other quotes we got but you could tell that Chris knew what he was talking about and was very professional. From start to finish we were pleased with this company.

We signed up for an eight hour special at $249 -- yard work by either two people for four hours or four people for two. We got the four/two combo, though the crew ended up staying an extra 90 minutes -- with our glad approval -- to really finish the full job and make our yards worthy of a magazine's cover. I told Shay (brother to the AAIS company owner and team leader) that if our house was on the market, he and his men would have just added $10,000 to the sales price because of the enhanced curb side appeal their work gave it!

Everything went well. I was happy with them.

They did a good job. They were very thorough and found out the problem quickly.

I was completely satisfied. He did exactly what was needed, and it was less than what I had paid in the past. I would recommend them if they are looking for someone to do a basic job.

They did a good job. I have no complaints about the staff. They left the area just fine. They said what they were going to do.

I give them D because they are not reliable. Although the owner did come out first time to do estimate on putting new grass on the front yard and the cost is very reasonable but after that we did not hear anything from them. I called to check as to when they can do the job and was told that someone will come to do another estimate and nobody came.

It was on a semi-holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving) and Tasha at the office worked me in to the schedule. Ken called ahead and arrived as scheduled. He worked very hard to dig up all those roots and do a good repair on the pipe. He worked quickly and was able to re-set my irrigation timer and adjust the nozzles on all my sprinklers. Very friendly and professional service at a really great price. Can't imagine calling anyone else for irrigation work. Will be calling again in Spring for system check and possible upgrade. So happy to find such a reliable company. Just can't say enough good things about these folks.

Everything went great. Chris was awesome to work with and the guys that came out to install were speedy and professional. We've already recommended them to a few friends. We noticed that a week after install one fence section was hanging off. We contacted the fantastic AAIS people because we didn't want to damage a pipe while fixing the fence and they came out and fixed it for us. I can't say enough good things about this company, they really do go above and beyond for their customers. It has been so nice to work with a company that does put their customers first. Thank you so much guys, we're incredibly happy with our system!

I cannot say enough positive things about Chris and the guys at AAIS. They did an outstanding job and were extremely courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.They had all surveys and assessments completed before the installation date. They arrived exactly when they had promised to. They striped off the old yard to bare ground using weed eaters they did the layout for the sprinkler system and began process of digging trenches, hooking up electrical equipment, installing water lines and sprinkler heads and zone controls. when completed they laid down the new sod in the front and back yards and completely tested and adjusted the sprinkler and drip system zones. They work they did was not only as promised but they went the extra mile as well as above and beyond. For example, we have two small gardens and i had previously installed a sprinkler system in that connected to a garden hose for water source. They ran the pipes and hooked them into my existing system thus eliminating the need for the garden hose. After they were already here working i asked if they would run a drip system to 3 fruit trees we have. They immediately said they would work it in to their time here and get it done for me---they did! The only item i might have wished they had done was once the sod was installed was to put sand in all the seams to eliminate low spots between the sod rolls. The grass is filling in but we can still feel the seam areas when we walk on it. But that is a relatively minor issue and I'm sure if i would have asked they would have done it. I would highly recommend them to anyone not only for the work they do but for their reasonable pricing and followup service as well--I have asked them back a couple of times to fine tune a sprinkler head and help me with adjusting the timer settings. Additionally, I have called them a few times with additional questions that i forgot to ask during the installation. They have always been more that willing to help and respond quickly to my requests. GREAT JOB CHRIS AND ALL.....THANKS!

Chris and the guys did an excellent job. All surveys and assessments were done well ahead of time. Installations were done and completed on the day promised. All the old grass (front and back) was stripped down to the ground using weed eaters. All yards were raked and cleaned up before and after sprinklers were installed. Grass was in great shape and went down very well. They guys were quick, efficient, courteous and very professional. They laid out the sprinkler system pattern and cleared it with me before installation. They tested everything through each phase of the process and tested everything at the end and showed me how it all worked. They answered all my questions cheerfully, even if i asked the same thing more than once. They went above and beyond to ensure i was happy with everything. Even though i asked them after they started to incorporate the gardens and fruit trees into the drip system they did it willingly without any fuss for me. They even managed to adapt my existing drip system in our gardens to the new system and eliminated the need to use a garden hose for the water source. I have had them come back a couple of times to do some fine tuning to the sprinkler system which they did promptly (within a day). I have also called them several times with follow-up questions and they have always responded quickly and cheerfullly---GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The only thing i would have like to have happen that didn't was to put sand in the grass seams where the rolls met to keep dips out of the yard. I'm sure they would have done it if I had asked but I forgot to ask them. Would be nice though to see that as part of the service. At any rate this is a relatively small item compared to all the work that they did for us. GREAT JOB CHRIS AND ALL!! They came out early and did a fantastic job fixing my system. I highly recommend them, very professional and reasonably priced.

it went well, I got the information I needed and requested

told me the system was old (only 7 yrs old) and should be replaced. Sprinkler system does an adequate job of watering the lawn. I asked about adding another zone to better water backyard, but was told the system couldn't handle it.

Dennis from All American Irrigation Systems came to my house about 2 weeks ago to look at a zone valve that had developed a significant leak. The valve was located under a deck the previous owners had built on top of it. Dennis let me know he could remove the decking or I could do it and reschedule the appointment. To save some labor costs I opted to remove the decking and reschedule. I rescheduled for today (I also received a reminder call yesterday THANK YOU) and Dennis showed up on time and got right to work. He moved the Valve to a location that is easily accessible and the completed the work quickly and efficiently. He tested the new zone and adjusted one of the sprinkler heads in the process. He is one h*** of a technician! I spoke with Dennis about assessing the rest of my zones and adjusting the sprinkler heads throughout my yard, and he said he'd be happy to come and take care of that. He wanted to do it today but we both had very tight time budgets to work with so I'm calling today to make another appointment with AAIS! I will specifically request that Dennis be the assigned technician.

The initial contact went well. The owner Chris came to do the estimate. After explaining what I wanted he gave me a flat rate, listed the items on a contract and I paid half up front. Chris stated that I would be contacted by the office to confirm the information on the contract and they would make the requests for the permits and the city would be out to mark the placement of wires/cables. I asked about when that would happen because I normally leave my dog outside during the day and didn't want the people surprised or have them accidentally let my dog loose. Chris stated that when the office called to confirm, to let the staff know to give me notification when they make the permit requests and it is normally within a specific period of time they come out to mark the wires. It would not happen for a while, since Chris had to schedule the install a month out from the estimate. I never received notification from the office and the city came out and marked the wires the next week, so I had to keep the flags and paint for a month in my yard. The crew arrived on the date as agreed in the contract and began work quickly. The sod was delivered the same day later in the afternoon. While the work began I asked if I could get a small piece of extra work done; to have some bricks laid out on the side of the house to cover the ground around the AC unit. Chris stated I could, it shouldn't be a problem and then I could tip the workers directly for the extra effort. When the workers finished, there was not enough sod to cover the area I requested in the landscaping part of the work. I called the office and they informed me that it would have to be ordered for another day because they cannot get sod delivered the same day. I asked to have Chris call me so I could talk to him about the sod and make a new plan. When the workers left, they left their lunch trash and bottles in my back yard, behind the shed and dog house so it wasn't immediately visible. The workers also did not place the bricks by the side of the house as I requested and paid them to do. Since it was not specifically stated in the contract work, it is not a enforceable request of the contract. I called and left a second and third message to talk to Chris, since I did not hear from him after the first request. After the final inspection by the city a week later, I was visited by Ken from All American Irrigation to complete the transaction and receive my training on how to use the new sprinkler system. At that time, the landscaping was not complete, as we had contracted to have river rock placed in the front yard. I requested to have the rock delivered first. Ken was very friendly and insisted that he would personally bring the rock that week. I agreed and completed the transaction. I did mention to Ken my dis-satisfaction with Chris and his lack of response and that he can still make a difference as to how I write my review of their work. I did not get the rock that week. I called and left a message for Ken to remind him and a week later Ken arrived and filled the area with river rock. I did get a call from Chris the day after. Chris was very irritated that I "made a threat" to write a bad review. Chris also stated that he really hated doing the landscaping work, that it was always a problem for him. I explained the other items to Chris of the workers not doing the extra work and leaving trash and that there was not enough sod to finish the area requested. Chris stated that I never notified him of any of the issues. Of course how could I notify him of the issues if I cannot get him to call me back after the work is done. Chris said he would talk to the workers and find out what happened and that he didn't see any trash in the photos taken by the workers, but he would talk to them about the trash also. As for the sod, he said he would have to come out and review the area again and make a new estimate and order for the sod to finish the back yard. I told him that would be fine. Chris stated he would call me with a date for the estimate and then we could make a plan to finish the work. It is a month since that last conversation. He never called again to finish the plan. 7/19/15 I can only say, do your best to avoid these jokers. I never received call back to complete the sod work. The year of maintenance for the sprinkler system is really a joke. They play the game of scheduling maintenance without notification, so the worker calls you at work 30 minutes before your appointment, expecting you to be at home for the "scheduled maintenance". When I did ask about the water lines that were not buried more than three inches underground, they stated they would just come out and fix the breaks as they happen, it really didn't matter that the lines are not buried six inches as stated in the original installation. So now I have broken water lines to look forward to in freezing weather.

Dennis called to see if he could come earlier because he finished another job sooner than anticipated. That was great because it freed up my day. He was punctual and very personable as well as knowledgeable and professional. He performed the system check fast and showed me some minor things that he recommended I adjust or have repaired. We had been using our sprinkler at the wrong time so we never noticed that one of the sprinkler heads was missing and was shooting water like a hydrant. He also offered to reset our timer to keep us from getting fined by SAWS. He was done within 30-40 minutes. Would definitely use them again.

He did what was needed and did a good job. He helped me reset the automatic timer and showed me a couple of things I didn't know about it, which I appreciated.

In addition to a regular tune-up, I needed a couple of valves replaced, and also some sprinkler heads replaced. They came at the early part of the window of time that they provided. They provided good information about what they were doing and why. There were no bad surprises. The good surprises were that they finished the job quickly, correctly, and had a reasonable price. We would definitely use them again.

Employees showed up on time and went right to work. They did a complete check of our sprinkler system. Found one head that needed replacing. Did not try to sell us anything we did not need.

First attempts at scheduling were difficult. Called twice to schedule visit but no response. Called and phone answered on third attempt. Explanation was that they had a phone system problem. Was able to schedule visit 3 days after call. Service after initial problems was much better. Technician called before visiting home (as requested) and was within the time scheduled. Overall service provided was good, repairs seem to have solved problem, Sprinkler head nozzle costs were reasonable. Will consider using them again in future.
