ALARM AUTOMATION OF TEXAS INC

Their representative forgot to show up for his first appointment. Two weeks later, I stopped by their office again to set a new appointment. He showed up at the house within 30 minutes. He promised to send me a quote on upgrading the present security system and expanding it within five days. It's now a month later and I have yet to hear from them. Also, before I visited their office the first time, I had purchased a video doorbell monitor online for $157. While discussing security options in the showroom, they offered me the EXACT SAME monitor for more than TWICE the price PLUS installation. I did mention this when their representative came by. Is this why he never sent a bid?

I am pleased with the services I receive. They had explained to me exactly how the system works. I like that fact that explained how to shut it off if there was ever a false alarm. Thank goodness there has never been. I feel very comfortable knowing that Automations is keeping me safe. I feel very safe and secure. If an emergency ever occurs, they will call me right away and send someone out right away. I pay them on a monthly basis. I am fine with that. I think the price is very reasonable.
