Just fine.

They had showed up on time to do the work. They came over and worked weekends. They cleaned up everything when they got done doing all the work.

They were on time for the appointment. Did not give me an estimate at the time but instead emailed an estimate the following day. The estimate was $8250 to simply replace the current wood shims with metal and re-level. Another company gave me a bid of $3300 for the same job. They did not even offer a bid to completely replace the existing piers and completely re-do the foundation. The other company gave a bid of $8260 to completely knock out all existing piers (they are all leaning) and pour new footing and piers and replace the beams. I went with the other company. For the same price I was able to completely have my foundation corrected.

The company was very prompt in returning a phone call requesting an estimate appointment. The scheduler (Lori) was very patient with me in picking out a date. When the estimator was running early, she called me to see if it was okay for him to come earlier. He arrived at the time stated and performed a thorough inspection. He told me we did not need to have any work done at this time and that he thought our problems would resolve once we got some good rain. I was pleasantly surprised!

The first crew of eight arrived on a Monday and worked every day through Sat. and returned the following Tue ( it rained on Mon) to finish up. They were very helpful in moving our furniture & put plastic over the items we couldn't move and other areas to keep out the dust from the jackhammer. The house is now level to within 1/4" and I believe it will stay that way. They worked hard and generally in a professional manner although the cleanup could have been better. This was quite an extensive job and I was very pleased with their overall work and experience level. We were lucky to have no plumbing problems associated with lifting the foundation, some do. We were also fortunate to be able to stay in our home during the whole ordeal because our bedrooms & kitchen areas were not affected.

Bill Gregson quoted me at $11,000 to stabilize the house and reset it. He recommended to do a floor check because he did not think I would need to have the whole thing redone. I think he's very good and honest.

Am very happy with the work that they did on the project. Found them to be exceptionally helpful, friendly, informative, and easy to work with.

The owner was prompt and professional. What shocked me more than anything is that after he looked at my house, he said that I had normal settling of the foundation and all I needed to do was use a soaker hose around the garage. He could have sold me a repair job, but he was totally honest and left after assuring me that I should not pay to repair the foundation.

Alamo Hytech Foundation did a wonderful job on our foundation. They did everything right and they worked very hard. I was very happy with the warranty they offered. They give you a lifetime warranty for the life of your home and it will transfer to new home owners as well. It was a major house foundation repair. There was extensive work involved, and the whole house had to be lifted. Fifty thousand dollars is what we paid for this foundation repair.
