Sometimes rugs do get overlooked before they are sent out, and we are terribly sorry this happened and are continually trying to improve our quality control standards. If you do not wish to have the rugs brought back in for cleaning we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so would like to issue you a full refund for the cleaning.
