Description of Work: The air conditioner blower went out.

Description of Work: Installed new inside and outside Heat Pump unit. Prompt estimate and installation.

Description of Work: Nothing wrong with air conditioner, was a leak from washing machine in other room that backed up to laundry room. Replaced air conditioner and it was just fine. Had to pay a plumber to come out and unstop a drain line from washing machine. Owner would not do anything to make mistake right. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone. I threatened to take the owner to court. Owner could have cared less. Just feel everyone needs to know how they work.

Description of Work: A & E installed a new HVAC System in our home, fully warranted. The manufacturer had a recall and A & E replaced every single part installed outside and inside. The first job was done with excellence. We recommended them to our family member and A & E installed 3 complete units in their home, saving the $17,000 in labor costs, finding mfg rebates, power company rebates and has given them 1 year free annual service and checks. They are friendly, on time and professional.

Description of Work: This is a company which prays on the elderly. They were ask to come to my home for a leak that was appearing under my AC unit. Immedately the young sales person said you need a new AC. Ours was only about 5 yrs old and had not been haveing any problems. We had ask a home builder to recomend a reputable AC co. He said call A&E heating and air conditioning. We are senior citizens and live on socila security only. We really could not afford a new ac but he said your problem under the ac is water coming out of the unit so therefore you need to replace. He quoited a price and then said oh yes you also need to replace a circuit board in the other ac in your home, this was another 200.00. They put in the unit and the next day water was back under my ac and going into the bedroom where new hardwood floors are. Called them, they came out. this time a different salesman. He looked at the unit and no water coming out. Our laundry room backes up to the ac and the water lines were stoped up so water was coming back into the house and under AC. Bottom line there was nothing wrong with our unit and we did not need a new ac and sure didnt need to spend nearly $8,000. Called orner next day, told him what had happened. HIS REMARK WAS, I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU ARE UP SET, YOU WERE GOING TO HAVE TO REPLACE IN A FEW YRS AND NOW YOU HAVE A WARRENTY AND I AM GOING TO SERVICE THE UNIT FOR YOU FOR A YR. Every person need to know about this co. and i really want senior citizens to be allerted. Do not do business with this co.
