Description of Work: A pipe burst in my backyard on Christmas morning and flooded my neighbors' yards for hours before I was aware of the problem! I did not think anyone would perform repair work on a holiday, so I waited until the next morning to try to find anyone. The next day, all the other plumbers I called said they were backed up with work, and they could not come out for yet another day. However, Lonnie McDearman returned my call immediately (within 5 minutes) and said he would stop by and take a look at the problem on his way to anther job. He even said he would have responded to my call on Christmas day! He ended up fixing the burst pipe while he was there, and made additional repairs to the system as well. He explained everything while he worked and gave me options for what to do. He was friendly and professional.......I would highly recommend hiring a local, small business owner like Lonnie before hiring a big, impersonal, non-responsive plumbing company that treats you like a number rather than a person in need of help. Thanks, Lonnie! You are awesome!
