Jimmy was very unprofessional! His name was sent out in an email by a friend. I had to contact him twice before I got a phone call back. I told him I needed glass replacement and an estimate on window cleaning. He said he would be in my area on Friday. I needed to know a time because I had an appointment. He said he would know by Thursday and I said fine. NEVER heard from him again!!! I told him who I got his name from and he knew her. I emailed her and told her what happened and her response was she wasn't surprised. BEWARE....
Description of Work: The provider did nothing he said he would do!

It was a very good experience. Overall, I would give them between and B and a C because they charged a lot more than they had previously. They did an excellent joy of cleaning cleaning the windows and screens. They went about the job differently this time than before. This time they took the entire storm window out to clean them. They came when they said they would. I would not use this company again because of the price.
