Big State Plumbing Services is a residential and commercial plumbing company with offices in Angleton, y,Richmond and Pearland, TX providing a variety of plumbing services, from fixing leaky pipes to water heater replacement. In business since 1994, we still charge our flat rate for all services and offer free estimates. All our technicians are licensed and certified with the state of Texas. We handle every job no matter how big or small it is. Some of our clients include Walmart, Sam's Club, Academy, Red Lobster, Ross, CVS, Walgreens & many more!

Description of Work: Provider didn't make 1st appoint on time, had to reschedule. When Man showed up he tried to snake line with a hand held snake suitable for an inside sink. Couldn't get through line, then said pitch of line was problem and was ready to leave. I then opened the line partial with a garden hose which convinced him line was plugged. I asked didn't he have an industrial size snake and he went and got a slightly larger snake. This opened up the line for about 20' Don't know what he would have done if line was plugged further along drain as it's probably 60' to city drain. He left and line plugged back up in 5 minutes. Should have gone to rental place and got a real industrial sized snake and done it myself.

Thanks for your review. The plumber you had out was Ryan. He worked for me for 3 weeks and was terminated due to reviews like yours. I apologize for the service that you received. All my vans are stocked with Spartan 1065 sewer machines and sink machines. . Booties are a must and he should have had them on his vehicle. This isn't the way we typically due business and would be more then willing to get that lined cleaned out for you. Thanks Owner.
