Big State Plumbing Services is a residential and commercial plumbing company with offices in Angleton, y,Richmond and Pearland, TX providing a variety of plumbing services, from fixing leaky pipes to water heater replacement. In business since 1994, we still charge our flat rate for all services and offer free estimates. All our technicians are licensed and certified with the state of Texas. We handle every job no matter how big or small it is. Some of our clients include Walmart, Sam's Club, Academy, Red Lobster, Ross, CVS, Walgreens & many more!

Description of Work: Stay far away from big state plumbing! When I made the appointment I told them this is my rental home and my tenant will be there and not me. I also told them I am an Angie's list customer and should get $50 off. They were late and did not show up so they rescheduled with my tenant. They performed services withou telling me they were going to charge nearly $200 for a leaky toilet. That is double the cost of my toilet which I replaced in 2013. The plumber told my tenant this toilet was old like over 15 years old. That was a lie because I just replaced it. They never gabe the $50 and although I spoke with their customer service dept they will not honor the coupon. And they were very rude.

Appreciate the time you took to leave the review, However this wasn't the case. We showed up to your tenants house and gave a price to rebuild the toilet as we had to take the tank off. We informed the price to the tenant and she said go ahead so we proceeded. When we were done the tenant paid us and signed work order. Later that day we received a phone call from you angry over price and you expected it to cost $50. No mention of a coupon at all till you called later that day. Sorry you weren't happy with the price or service but we always come and give free estimates and give prices upfront before we do anything.
