Description of Work: They replaced a faucet and replaced the insides of two toilets. They replaced the wax seal on one toilet and recaulked it. After they left one of the toilet insides was leaking and on a return trip they fixed it.

Description of Work: I tried repeatedly to schedule the appointment. After receiving no reply the excuse I received was that he was having internet issues. After canceling and struggling to get answers, he simply stopped responding.

Description of Work: we had a leak above the water heater and decided to change out the 10 year old water heater at the same time. Willie removed the old piping and water heater and installed a new one. We provided the water heater and all additional parts needed. He did a very good job, was pleasant and clean. He even quickly looked at a problem at the bathroom sink without charge. The company stayed in touch before his arrival as appointments before us took longer than expected.

Description of Work: Had leak under sink, turned out to be disposal which needed replacing (19 yrs old). A service man was able to get out quickly, had a replacement on the truck and also fixed a little problem with washer water lines. He was extremely pleasant. Was glad to find this deal at a perfect time.

Description of Work: Overall experience with technicians are good. They are very professional and explain all the details that I need to know. Only thing I did not like was the scheduling.

Description of Work: All in all OK. They arrived with the wrong size water heater, but quickly corrected that. Along with the water heater replacement, I'd scheduled the lavatory drain to be cleared. The drain didn't seem to be on their schedule. They did it, but after testing the water heater by running the upstairs bathtub caused the downstairs lavatory to overflow. Should have done the drain first.

Description of Work: All response were extremely prompt. The estimate I got had all work clearly described and was honored at the time of service (1 week later). Chris was polite and professional and discussed exactly what he was going to do. Work was done very well and the 1 item which he was unable to do, not his fault, was immediately taken off the bill. |Would certainly use Big State Plumbing in the future.
