I have not heard from them. |Now I see that you are promoting their service again. I've already paid for mine and have not received service. |Maybe I can give them a better rating if they perform the service paid for.

Description of Work: Replace faucet for kitchen sink.

Description of Work: Minor Repairs Done Under |Both Sinks In Master Bath. Kitchen Sink Extra |Sprayer Cleaned.

Description of Work: Had to tear out some of the floor in the bathroom to dig to the piping. A pipe was broken and filled with dirt blocking the flow from the toilet. The pipe had to be replaced and a camera was sent inside to see if their were any more problems. None were detected and the service tech fixed the hole and cememted around toilet. Everything worked and the tech cleaned up everything with great care. I was very pleased with the qualifications and knowledge he had and would highly recommend him for other jobs. | |Sandra Robbins

I was surprised at the charge of $275 to replace a kitchen faucet, but with the $99 discount on my prepaid it turns out about average. Just trying to make a living I guess. Well stocked, professional truck, well prepared for the unexpected.

Description of Work: The plumber gave us valuable tips to keep line clear so we wouldn't have to call a plumber so much. All work was done as promised.

Description of Work: Chris took pictures of where my system was rusted and explained to me the problems the flushing might cause so I decided to skip the water heater flush just in case the rust was what was holding it together... they were very professional and I appreciate their time and explanations of my options- they were very prompt in getting back to me to set up the appointment.

Description of Work: We had an issue where the main stack that the AC drained clogged up. They came out on Saturday and fixed the issue quickly. They worked with me on the price which helped. The tech was knowledgeable and great to work with. I would definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: Replaced water heater. The installation went well with the exception there are several size water heaters. Measuring the height of the water heater would have alleviated multiple appointments.
