Description of Work: The dispatcher and the team dispatched to my home were professional and honest. They did not charge for assesing my water heater and left a very reasonable quotation when I decide to replace. | |This is the 2nd time that I have used this company and would recommend to anyone.

Description of Work: They were professional, prompt and I haven't had a problem since they visited. Perfect. They removed a toilet, cut out and replaced flange and reset toilet.

Description of Work: They came out to look at the work that we needed done. They were unable to do one within the price of the deal because of other work required to maintain their license. I also asked them to look at leaks in the kitchen sink. They told me they could not fix it because they don't have the parts needed to repair it. They told me that I had to replace the whole faucet (which I knew wasn't the case because I have fixed it before myself) and I didn't want to pay that much money. Then I asked them to look at the toilet leak and he adjusted it and it still didn't work.

Description of Work: We need a plumber to come out a but a camera now the sewer line to see if the line was broke. They were the only company that had a camera in the area. Each time when they came out they had a equipment issues. After the 5 trip finally able to get some pictures of the pipe. We need a report for to file with the insurance company from them but each time we tried to get the report they either lost it or would refuse to give the report we paid for. not until we treated with a law suite was report given to us.

Description of Work: Unclogged drain and used a scope to visually inspect the pipes.

Description of Work: They did all the plumbing for an addition and remodel and as well as added gas lines.

Description of Work: The employees were nice and polite but they had a dig first, fix problems later attitude which is what they did and resulted in cutting a gas main line to the neighborhood. Fire department, house evacuated, hours and hours of natural gas spewing in my front yard.

Description of Work: Major, under-the-slab repair job. A previous plumber wanted much more, a second plumber tried and failed, Big State came in and worked for days to fix the problem correctly. Great Job!! Unqualified recommendation.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal on Angie's list of $99 for $200 worth of plumbing service. The plumber came and was very nice and professional, he installed a Kitchen faucet and unclothed my washer darin line. My only complain is that I ended up paying $100 extra for his job which made a total of $200 for his visit (worth $300 according to BSP price chart) which is more than what I would have paid another plumber to come. I found the prices a BSP are too high so I couldn't take advantage of the deal that seemed a no brainer.... in theory.

Description of Work: Still have not used. Had them come out for an estimate and they were very expensive, for ex. I needed new faucet installed and garbage disposal connected after a installation of a new counter. 205.00 for the faucet and 225.00 to reconnect the disposal seemed way out of line. I had another company do the work and I |will find some task Big State can complete that will utilize my 99.00 paid for 200.00 |work. |The 2 men that came to give an estimate were very courteous and my contact by phone has been pleasant so far.

Description of Work: Replaced sink valves. The plumber, I think his name was Rick, did a great job and cleaned up after himself. However, Christy was the one who saved the sale with her dedication and perseverance. If she hadn't taken charge of the situation and said what she said, I was going to contact Angie's list and see about getting my money back. I was very pleased with both the work done and of course Christy's attitude. I'll be calling Big State Plumbing again.
