Big State Plumbing Services is a residential and commercial plumbing company with offices in Angleton, y,Richmond and Pearland, TX providing a variety of plumbing services, from fixing leaky pipes to water heater replacement. In business since 1994, we still charge our flat rate for all services and offer free estimates. All our technicians are licensed and certified with the state of Texas. We handle every job no matter how big or small it is. Some of our clients include Walmart, Sam's Club, Academy, Red Lobster, Ross, CVS, Walgreens & many more!

Description of Work: The person was not aware that they were on an Angie's List visit although that had been discussed with the dispatcher when scheduling. So he gave me big quotes to which I had to respond that I had paid for a certain amount of work. He indicated that he was a commercial plumber, so he didn't carry the parts I needed. The problem was on the company side, not the actual provider. Scheduling was somewhat of a problem.

Description of Work: after the tune-up work they did, I found water leakage on the wood floor in my guest bathroom after they rotate the cut-off valves. Even much worse, the drainage pan under the water heater starts to leak. And the company refused to do anything about it and tried to deny and mix information without taking any responsibility. I'll NEVER use this company! Horrible service!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I am sorry for any miscommunication, but I spoke to you yesterday and let you know that we would be giving you a call to set up a time we can go back out to your house to check on the problem. Our team called you twice yesterday but we did not hear back. I will say that some information is not matching up and we would like to help you but we need to be on the same page. I was just told we finally were able to speak with you today and we have you on the schedule to come out and figure out what is going on. We explained our part and explained the issue you had. We continued on with the tune up with your permission even when we told you that it needed to be replaced but that is in the past and we want to help you. Please make sure if you have any questions you give us a call and we will do our best to get this fixed. We appreciate your business. Have a great day!
