The process was painless. The only issue was that the original technician that was supposed to come had a family emergency. They called the night before and scheduled a time for later in the day to come. Luckily, it fit into our schedule. Richard was informative and everything went smoothly.

They were okay. I didn't use them anymore. They came to do a work on water heater and they gave me an estimate on a new commode and it was outrageous. They were on time. I was hoping they could have gave me some advice on longevity on water heater but they didn't. I have another plummer than I can depend on as they came out before at ten thirty at night once.

I was very pleased with the service received. I was even more surprised to get same day service calling the office at 11am. The technician explained what the cause was and answered other questions I had related to plumbing. I will definitely use Big State Plumbing again. The price was reasonable.

They were fast and efficient. I am not pleased with the three hour window I was given, yet I understand that is how most companies operate. Otherwise, once they got there they were timely and accurate in their work. They are very responsive to calls and very pleasant to talk to, and they tried their best to try to arrange the service call at the most convenient time for me.

I paid for a drain clean and video inspection. They cleaned the drain but did not video it inspect the line. I didn't say anything at the time but it still irks me because if professional they should have video inspected the line without me having to ask. Work performed was average and they did clean up their mess but seemed as though they had another appointment to go to and left in a hurry.

Great! Jeff did an excellent job, was professional, thorough, and courteous. Glad to have the peace of mind of having this service performed. Would definitely recommend Big State Plumbing.

Ultimately, after three trips and time to locate another conventional toilet of a similar color, he did install a completely new toilet, in time for guests who arrived that day. I can't commend David and BSP highly enough for going the extra mile(s) in my case.

Technician inspected water meter; had normal reading. He looked around for leaks or anything to indicate a leak but not seen. He advised me to call City of Houston to see if they could help.

The tech is very polite and honest, he give me prices for different options to repair or replace the water heater. It just that other companies are making very good promotions, they can not make the price match. Otherwise I will let them do the job. Will call again next time.

The first appt had to be cancelled as they were running late and I could no longer stay at home. We made a new appt. and the technician showed up on time after calling, did all the work, was courteous, cleaned up and totally professional. Thanks!! Appreciate the professionalism.

Our water heater was making a lot of noise, which we determined through google searches and YouTube videos meant it needed to be flushed. I jumped on a "deal" on Angie's List of a $200.00 value water heater flush for $49. After a few days I still had not been contacted by the provider, so I called them and set up an appointment. When the technician arrived, he was on time, courteous and professional. He was in and out in about 15 minutes. This seemed odd to me because YouTube made it look like a much bigger job. One week later the water heater started making noise again. I am sure if I had asked them to return and redo the job they probably would have. But, it was a small investment and taking off work is not easy. So, we will be replacing the water heater, but not using this provider.

Job went GREAT! Big State Plumbing has great Customer Service! I called 2 other companies that were not interested in helping me quickly. One of the 2 companies I had used 3 times previously. When I called Big State Plumbing with my problem, Karim answered the phone and was concerned & awesome! Josh J. came to my house immediately. He got the valve turned off. He was professional and thorough. I did not have a repair done when he told me what was leaking. The refrigerator is 14 years old and I decided to replace it. Big State Plumbing will get any future business from me.

It went very well. The plumber showed up on time, did the work agreed for the price agreed, no problems.

The drainage issue went very well but the one related to the shower was less successful. The plumbing engineer suggested the problem as in one part of the system and that it would be expensive to replace. I suggested he check the showerhead first, which he did and the problem was in the showerhead. He suggested I buy a new showerhead and install it myself as he did not carry that type. He left the pipe-end taped ready for installation. After he left I looked in a large hardware store for a similar showerhead but could not find one. I decided to take apart the one I had. Cleaned it and put it back, it worked perfectly. I am not sure this is normally the role of the customer but it got the job done. I would use them again but would be more challenging of their prognosis if they can't fix something immediately.

The technician Richard B. was great with my daughter and our 2 dogs and got everything done quickly. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

Water heater replacement went fine though price (almost $1300) way too high. Leak repair 9 months later covered under warranty. Small charge ($220) to replace valve into house that was unexpected. Hire company again...maybe due to high price. Hire Anton again..most definitely. He was extremely professional & knowledgeable. Spoke to my husband by phone as he was at work and addressed his concerns.
