Description of Work: I was looking for general pest control throughout the year. I made calls to a few different companies and got a call back from the owner who was very friendly and took his time to talk with me about the different options. I ended up selecting the every two month exterior treatments.

Description of Work: Termite Treatment

Description of Work: I used the services of Tri City Exterminating Company. I have a contract with them. They come twice a year.

Description of Work: We had purchased an older home and were in the process of a complete remodel when we discovered termites. Another termite company missed the infestation when the home was inspected 4 months earlier. We got 2 bids for the treatment. TriCity Exterminating was not only cheaper (by $500.00), their warranty includes an inspection every 6 months for the next 10 years. The other company would inspect only once a year for 5 years. I also liked the fact that Jason, the technician who came out to bid the job, was also the person who did the treatment. He was very knowledgeable about the pesticide used and how it would be applied, so I know we got everything he promised. The other company sent one guy to measure and a second would come for the application. A couple of weeks after treatment we saw termites swarming in the garage. One phone call brought Jason the house to inspect again. We discovered that the swarm was actually from some old windows that we had removed and stored in the garage, but Jason reapplied some pesticide to the area that the windows had come from to be extra careful. These are the nicest guys ever. They are prompt, easy to contact and go above and beyond to make sure you the work is done correctly. I would never use another company after working with Tri City Exterminating.

Description of Work: We use Tri City Exterminating Co for pest control and exterminating and the last time we used their services was last Monday.

Description of Work: They came 3-4 weeks ago. They do a twice annual termite inspection. They do ongoing treatment and investigation to make sure you don't have roaches, fleas, or whatever.
