Description of Work: It sounded great that the owner would Bruce by and check on lawns so you wouldn't have to pay regularly if your lawn didn't really need it and you wouldn't forget to call if your lawn did need mowed. Wrong. He hardly ever came. I always had to call and he still would only come every 6 weeks. I told him our land lord was upset that our lawn was always so overgrown and he kept saying he would come more often but then would be m.i.a for another month. If there was a 10% chance of rain he would say it was impossible. Hardly ever answered his phone and never called back. The final straw was when I told him a week in advance it had to be cut by Friday morning. Thursday he still hadn't shown so I called again and he said he definitely couldn't come that day but would be there sometime tomorrow. I asked how early he could come because we were having work done on the house at 10am and our grass was over a foot tall. He yelled at me that he hadn't checked weather and who knows if it'll rain. Also, half way through using him he raised our rate and swore he didn't. Ten he told me he would no longer be sending invoices. Maybe he was great in the past but I would never recommend him based on the last year and half.

+ 0 moreEddie and his wife Terry was the first provider willing to help me with my yard. Other companies I called told me my yard was too small for service. They showed up right when they said they would and they gave me a free estimate. The quality was very nice. Eddie told me that he makes sure the work is done and done right before I pay him. I will be using this company again in the future. My neighbor and my son told me that they liked the work Eddie and Terry have done.
Description of Work: I had weeding done around the yard, flower beds, bushes and my two car driveway.

+ -1 moreWe've got four other properties and he takes care of the lawn for us there. I don't even have to call him. He goes by himself, checks our properties and makes sure if they need cutting. He's busy all the time but I never have to even call him or even go by and look at my places. I've got different amounts for different yards but there is one that he does that's actually three large lots and that one is $70. I know some of his family because it's a small area here and I knew his daughter. It's so trouble free because I don't have to worry with my yards at all and he just takes care of everything. If there is something that needs done or if he sees something that's a mess, he calls me to tell me. A while back somebody had broken a window so he called and told me that the house had been broken into and that we needed to get the glass repaired. He didn't have any responsibility to that.
Description of Work: Top-G's Lawn and Maintenance came out in November for lawn and yard care.
