The person they sent out to figure cost and assist the worker was a great young man and I would recommend him, presents the company very well.

I WILL NEVER USE STANLEY STEEMER AGAIN! This was the second awful experience with using Stanley's services. Last year when we used their service my husband's truck was apparently parked on the wrong side of the driveway. Instead of asking him to move it the workers obviously allowed their frustration to build up because my husband over heard them using profanities while referencing his parking choice. My husband of course called them out on it and they immediately left our home with full payment since they had already completed the work. I did call and speak to the manager, Mike, who apologized and offered a discount on my next service. Well I honestly did not plan on using his service again and moved on until last week. Last week I need my carpets cleaned so I called ahead and scheduled the service. I made the scheduler aware of my previous experience and asked her to not send out the previous crew. I also asked her to check on my discount. She, of course, couldn't find any mention of it on my account but I moved forward with my appointment. I asked the scheduler to make sure the crew called me when they were in route. So imagine my shock when my 13 year old son calls me to say that two men were in our house to clean the carpets. I rushed home while calling Stanley Steemer to ask if their policy had changed. The one that said no crew member would enter a home without an 18 year old home. (Let me be clear I had used Stanley Steemer several time before the first incident) Of course they replied, No, so I asked why were these two strangers in my home with my two boys alone. I want to say that the men were very polite and apologized for entering my home knowing I wasn't home and yes I disciplined my boys for even opening the door but they were the adults in this situation! I will add that I had the men complete the job since it was 4:30pm on a Friday and I was hosting a party that weekend. I paid them BUT I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!! When I called Mike, the manager, all he said was, and quot;I'll talk to them.and quot; I feel that it was a waste of my time to complain. Let me say it again, I WILL NEVER USE STANLEY STEEMER AGAIN!

Showed up on time, assessed the work to be done and then went straight to it. The two men whom showed up worked well together and were in and out in no time. Painless on my part. I even thought the charges were reasonable. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

The carpet cleaners were really nice. They called first and arrived on time.

They were punctual about coming. The cleaning was thorough, and when I checked it and found something that needed to be redone, they did do it. They were professional.

Went excellently. The techs called since they were ahead of schedule, came early, set up immediately, and began to work. Both were well-groomed, courteous, and energetic. The outcome was all the carpets were cleaned quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use Stanley Steemer again.
