I called and made an appointment at 11 am. The guy I talked with said they were finishing up a job and would come over. He assured me they would be there before 5. They never showed up and didn't even have the common sense courtesy to call to cancel. My tenants sat there and waited all day for this guy. Extremely unprofessional.

They were the third plumbers I had out and the only ones that were able to correctly diagnose the problem. When replacing the old cast iron pipes inside the kitchen wall they were careful and did not leave a mess. Professional, good service, and friendly.

Seth was great, he fixed the dripping faucet in about 20 minutes. Turned out a valve just needed to be tightened. He replaced both flappers in the toilets and they no longer leak out water. Very knowledgeable but VERY overpriced. The only products needed for this fix were 2 rubber flappers that couldn't have costed more than $20. He was only at the house for about 40 minutes replacing them and tightening a valve. GREAT service, but paid too much.

Seth had to cut into one of my walls to get to the back of the faucet. He came prepared. He had brought what is called an access panel that he installed when he was done making the repairs. I had to have my front bathroom done a few years back and the plumber just left a hole in my wall. Now I am on my way to the local Home Depot to purchase an access panel for the hole in my grand daughter bedroom. Will definitely use Seth again.

Seth started looking and found out two lines needed to be cleaned out, found a broken flange due to a root problem and alerted me to a few other house problems that need to be addressed before we have bigger problems. I spoke over the phone with Seth from Ecoworks and he said the charge would be $175 to clear the main drain line. Then when he went to the property. He started adding charges for every little thing that should have been included. We finally agreed on the price of $300. Then after he was done he said it would be $350 cause it was more work than he thought. Well that's not my fault but I reluctantly paid it. Two days later I was having the same problem. I called and texted several times with no response. It was easy to reach him before he received the money. Now I'm out of $350 and I have to find another plumber.

Never called back and never came to our house. Talked to and he said he would come out for a estimate on the job. Never responded after that.

He immediately knew the issue with just my description. Another plumber had come out and couldn’t figure it out. They were in and out in 20 minutes and the issue was solved brilliantly!

Seth was great...He stuck to his bid and did all that was asked of him even though he was spread thin in our area after hurricane Harvey...His employees were great guys that take pride in their work which made the whole project a great experience...Seth also found my father in laws wedding band he lost 20 years ago down the drain and promptly returned it to him...Very honest young man. EcoWorks did a great job for us and when I need a plumber i will call them for sure...

Seth was very polite but I was told twice that he would go to my house and tend to the problem or at least check it out. It was never done. My texts were not answered including the one in which I asked if I needed to hire another plumber. So I have no way of rating his actual work because none was done. I understand that my job may not have been big enough to take priority but I did not appreciate being told twice it would be done and it never was.

They were fast and efficient....They were in quick and Took care of our problem ..... Will most defiantly call them for any future problems I may have

It went very well. They came out after what I would consider normal business hours, which was obviously important to me to get my water restored. They found the problem immediately and after obtaining parts, fixed it in approx 10 minutes. They were friendly and didn't seem to mind working in freezing temps.

Backed up clean out valve. Seth and his father was very professional, helpful and very pleasant to talk with. They informed me of the problem and had to hunt for the clean out valve which was underground covered up. Very impressed with these two gentlemen. I would highly recommend them.
